We come to the outlets frequently and have to say we were pleasantly surprised by the collection of suits and blazers at this location! We purchased a few suits and the nicest spring blazer. I was very happy with Vincent and Joseph's customer service. They were so personable, kind, and even helped us look for some sizes we needed help with. Their sense of humor and customer service was unparalleled. Thank you so much! We can't wait to be back and purchase more.

Horrible SERVICE! Vince the store manager confronted me very aggressively as I had questions about my return. He was very close up to my face nodding his head while being very rude and unprofessional. This type of behavior should NOT be represented at ANY shopping store or to any consumers! He should be FIRED.

When I purchase here I leave my email and phone number so I don't have to keep the receipt. Low and behold I tried to exchange 3 items and the manager wouldnt let me. He was extremely rude and condescending.

Bough a few summer casual shorts, the tags were completely wrong I believe is my fault not to try them before, wrong tags, wrong size, very unprofessional and no class at all. Simply the worst experience ever at this place

While country is open this is the only store who requires masks on... I just contact the legal services and this is completely illegal !!!! On top of this entire staff is rude, manager especially. The lady doesn't even know how to professionally handle so many complaints regarding the issue.

b******** drove all the way from santa clarita to exchange a shirt that did not fit. purchased the shirt on wednesday and is currently friday. we even called the store before we went in to make sure we can exchange. so just to make sure, we call and a male worker answers, telling us we can make an exchange or refund as long as its within 30 days. however, right as we enter the store, this mid 40-50year old( or older) man tells us it is underwear and we can't exchange it?!!!? but on the receipt it says shirt. worst service i have ever got! he was hella rude and did not even give us a chance to talk just telling us no and to leave. i have never seen such horrible service, attitude, and workers from hugo boss. worst 100 dollars spent. worst hugo boss i have ever been to. definitely would not recommend to shop here unless you want your day ruined with shitty service and lies. i will definitely never shop at hugo boss again. thanks to this camarillo location, we learned a lot. thanks a lot you rude workers! hope you all get karma for being such horrible workers! :)

I will never do business here again. The store manager Katherine is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I bought a suit and some accessories and spent $600 i wore my suit once and the crotch area wore away after only one use. This woman accused me of lying, saying I didn't only wear it once and that I didn't spend $600, even though the receipt clearly showed how much I spent. I told her I would not return to this store, she stated she did not care and I dont have to come back. Disgusting. She does not appreciate her customers or care if they return.
