WORD OF ADVICE: KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO FIX BEFORE YOU GO IN OTHERWISE YOU MAY NEVER COME OUT!COMMENTS:I went in with a leak... $2000 dollars and several upsold repairs later, I came out with a leak. They later fixed the leak, free labor... but made me pay for the part after much deliberation and several returns and inquiries...Now, 2 days later, I have three lights on!!! I'm disappointed that I had to keep coming back for one thing after another... especially when this vehicle has NEVER given me no problems in the past!While I appreciate their time, efforts, and fair pricing, for what I paid, I expected a more thorough and efficient job, transparency in their pricing and integrity in the work completed before and after, and to get more value for my money rather than more estimates and cost! I also hoped to find a trusted mechanic to return to for regular maintenance instead of taking it to the dealership as previously done.

Leandro has been my family's mechanic for years now and I could not recommend Herrera's motors & service enough! They accurately diagnose and are so reasonably priced, it's incredible. A huge thanks to them for being so great to all of their customers!

I'm so happy that I found Trinidad at Herrera Auto. I was referred to him by the Mercedes dealership in Oxnard to work on both of my SLs. What an amazing find. Trinidad is a Mercedes factory trained technician and knows his stuff! I now only take my two Mercedes-Benz to him. Thank you!

We are so lucky to have gotten a referral to Trinidad. Another shop tried to force the hardtop down and bent 2 parts, but wouldn't take responsibility. Trinidad found those rare parts and fixed it right! He will work on our other car as well, when it needs servicing.

I rarely take the time to review a business, but I'm very satisfied with the service this shop provided for my car. I have an older car and sometimes other places don't want to work on it, but at Herrera Motors they gladly fixed what was going on. All the staff was welcoming and professional, especially Trinidad, the mechanic that worked on my car. Trinidad provided great service, was honest, and dependable. Pretty much everything one hopes for in a mechanic. Am I right? I'm very thankful family recommended me to this place.
