Not a great experience with a customer service

The staff are all welcoming and shows empathy when I come to exchange after I cut off the tags except the manager. He is cold and not professional talking to me which made me not happy with my shopping experience. The store could have gave customer a discount price if exchange in the original status but without the tags and sell the products at discount prices. That way will benefit both customers and make the profits as high as possible. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing. Instead, the manager just refused my request without any responsibility to bear. I suggest to replace the manager with any other staff!

This store has very good customer service. The staff is kind and attentive and the inside is clean and organized. They have a very good selection of women's underwear and usually very good deals. I took a star off because they do not carry fully cotton Playtex or Bali bras anymore. I hope they can rectify this issue soon.

It's OK. The store carries no Hanes products, just the Hanes "other brands".

I just had the best experience at Hanes. I was able find great deals. I also had Heidi help me and she was wonderful, she helped me find a great bra and champion work out wear. I’m one happy gal. Thank you so much Heidi and staff for all the help. I will be back soon.

Ok I never write reviews but when I tell you this place was AWFUL!!! There were bugs everywhere and the main manager I think her name is Heidi was VERY rude to me. Worst experience ever will not be going back. Also Heidi was not doing anything useful and had horrible bleached hair! Go to a proper salon darling don’t do it yourself next time. That hair looks like an owls nest hun please do something about it.?I added a photo of what I think resembles Heidi the most.
