I would not recommend this goodwill because of a specific worker named Natalia. I had asked her for help and she had gave me nothing but attitude and it seemed like she was intoxicated. You can tell by her eyes and how she was slurring her words. I am extremely disappointed. I had been coming here for so many years and just for a specific worker to ruin it for me. Other than that all the other employees need a raise because of how welcoming and helpful they are.

Nordstrom Rackwill? I've been coming here for a long time and this is hands down the WORST goodwill in Ventura county. Whoever prices these items/runs this store must be a crackhead that's completely brain dead and lives under a rock. Almost every item is overpriced no matter what condition it's in and every item is "name brand" even crap brands like Goodfellow, Kirkland etc. (Refer to my pictures for the overpriced BS and terrible condition of their 'name brand' items). Not only are their prices bullsheet but it smells like a homeless encampment as soon as you step foot in the door, completely disorganized, and everything is just thrown around especially in the middle random items section. I hate this store so much I hope it gets shut down by the IRS for how much they are price gouging their donated items that they received for FREE! Or by the health department for how dirty, smelly and unorganized this $h*t hole of a store is.

I would not recommend this thrift store to anyone. it is so ridiculously over priced, so disorganized, and the workers don't have patience at all. I dealt with a girl named Natalia on Monday, and might I say she seemed so bothered to help me. I asked for a bag and she stood there with a an attitude. it took my daughter to speak up and ask her again for a bag. bad customer service will always be a huge problem for me. why work at this store if you are going to be negative?! The racks are way too filled, and make it nearly impossible to go through the clothes. Most clothes are priced individually, and are extremely overpriced for a local thrift store. you're better off going to other stores or shopping off facebook marketplace.

Goodwill or wanna be boutique? The Camarillo location is small, smelly and disorganized. There are at least 3 "designer brands" racks located near the front of the store. These racks hold items considered more desirable for one reason or another, and they are marked up significantly. Used Lululemon's go for $19.99 to $24.99 ... Levi's 501s for $19.99. I also found a pre-owned dress tucked among the less expensive ones (see pic) for $49.99. With prices like these why not get something new at Tj Maxx or visit eBay where there are 1000s of pre-owned Lululemon's to choose from that are clean and the prices are the same or less than what Goodwill is asking. Maybe it's time customers start expecting MORE of Goodwill! In terms of services and sanitation.

Went in today to see all the prices have gone up. Then I waited at the front for 5 minutes. Better off going to Ventura to shop thrift stores. Oh and they are selling Halloween decorations for $2.99 that you can get cheaper at the 99cent store.

GREAT GREAT STORE! Went in and found what I was looking for and things I wasn't looking for. Definitely will be going back. Overall customer service was amazing and they have great selection of name brand goods.

I enjoy stopping by this Goodwill on Mondays when I am visiting from Bakersfield. I find tons of Urban Outfitters and Free People here for an inexpensive price, plus with my student discount of 25% off it's a good deal. I end up leaving with around 10-15 items for $50 and under. The designer rack, I don't bother with. I do find it odd how many damaged items they sale. Like damaged suedes "as-is" for $30+. I could tell that someone entire closet of retro-rockabilly clothing was donated and a lot of the dresses were $60+. Yes, they were in good condition and these dresses new are $120-$200, but it's definitely not a price I'm willing to pay at Goodwill. The lack of dressing rooms is disappointing as well. And most people have to try clothes on in front of the mirrors.

Very unprofessional. Each time I've been here to drop off, staff is either unavailable or works with a very poor ethic. This time I came to drop off on a weekend during hours, and a sign was left on the door saying "Bathroom break back in 10 mins". Both myself and several other people came to drop off at the same time, and after waiting almost 30 minutes no one came to open the door. I also called several times and it went straight to voice-mail. Seemed pretty fishy to me.

I went to the Camarillo store today and was shocked that the book section was organized by spine color instead of being categorized by subject matter.. so frustratingly stupid.

this goodwill was great about a month ago, and then all of a sudden they're changing prices and up charging them, locking jeans... and they have no credit for returning purchased items... it's truly making it hard for lower income families to purchase clothing on a budget... what's happening to this place.

I've donated many times in the past. Every time you go they'll find another way to make it more difficult for you! Today they blocked the entire alley, which usually has a lot of room. I highly recommend you donate to any other organization. They were so rude too !!!

Nice clean store. Moderately priced. They have a nice variety of items here. Staff was super helpful. Lots of appliances and clothes. Lots of parking.
