Associate Astrid not helpful at all. Poor attitude and not willing to process returns. Very slow, stalling like she’s having trouble with the POS and looks for every reason not to help. States “I can’t help you today. You can come back when my manager is here. Or go to another GNC.” This has happened on multiple occasions. This time made me call customer service to walk her through the transaction. She definitely needs more customer service training if she going to be running your store. Not a good look for our local businesses in Camarillo. I cancelled my subscription after back to back poor experiences. Try Target, Walmart and Rite Aid for a lot of the same products.

Whoever was working there 5/28/23 around the hours of 11-1pm when I went. My wife and I walk in and immediately this short guy with a "hey boss..what can I do for you boss..boss this boss that" script comes over and stands by the entrance as we were browsing. Then, the blonde woman at the register leaves the register to pace around the store circling around us the ENTIRE time we're looking for what we needed. Finally, when they were done being weird and harassing us, the girl came to ring us up and proceeded to try and push their "subscription" on me. I declined many times and finally she shut her mouth and finished ringing me up. I'm not sure how they train their workers here because this isn't the first time something like this has happened with these people. Only reason I was there was because my credit card company had a cash back deal for this place but my usual spot is NutriShop in Oxnard. Way cheaper, way more of a selection, and no As*holes. :)

All the old reviews about an angry manager... He's gone! Marcy was so helpful and knowledgeable on every product I had a small question on, even helped me sign up! 10/10 will come back again.

Terrible customer service. Went in asking for a specific type of product for pre-running and theGuy just said “ya, not sure”. And went back to talking to the other employees about how big he used to be. Didn’t ask one question about what I was looking for didn’t say sorry I couldn’t help you. Totally unprofessional. And neither of the other two people helped either.

I recently witnessed a disturbing situation where the manager was speaking very condescendingly to a new employee. I heard her ring someone up & state it was her 2nd day. I cannot belief the level of degrading disrespect she just put up with. She was so sweet & kind to help customers on the floor, even AFTER his arrogant display. Wow.. someone should really look into the manager here ! I will not be returning for business & will spread the word to my fitness community

Not impressed with this store. Guy that works there during week seems angry. I go into buy some creatine, I'm the only one in the store and he acts like it his laboring him to have to talk to me. Of course they don't have the GNC brand creatine powder that only costs like $14, they rarely have it in stock so they try to upsell you to something more expensive. Nope, I'll try another day. Come back today, Saturday at 12:30 in the afternoon, sign says closed, will return at 10. Huh???? Closed In the middle of the day on a Saturday?? What is going on with this store? They might as well just close.

The manager here is basically one of the rudest people on earth. When you ask him questions, instead of being helpful & kind, he will make you feel absolutely stupid. He's lazy & makes it obvious that he hates his job. If you're unhappy, don't take it out on me. Every time one of his employees is helping me, he will literally interrupt to talk to them in the middle of our exchange. I've been going here for a while but I've now had two really bad experiences & frankly I will drive out of my way to go to Vitamin Shoppe before I'll come back here. Stay away.

Horrible. I came here to pick up an Amazon package and they were out to lunch. No notification or anything. I waited almost an hour past the time they said they'd be open. Wont be doing business here.
