Sue was very helpful and mindful of the budget my future finance and I had. She took the time to show us everything that was within our budget and gave us all the details of the pieces we were considering. Once we decided on which set I wanted, they were able to resize the rings to my size within a couple hours. Very professional, kind, and efficient service! Will definitely be coming back!

Since my jewelry is in immaculate condition it did not need to be used as scrap. The necklace was never worn. Your commercial on the radio is very misleading. You pay top dollar? I was not born yesterday. Why is my necklace appraised for 2100? More misleading information.

I bought my wife's custom wedding set online. I was apprehensive about picking the center stone because I know nothing about diamonds, grades, etc. They made it very easy by asking what qualities were important to me and worked within my budget for the best results. My wife gets constant compliments on her ring.We took the rings back to get the three bands soldiered together. Turn Around time was fast.

The staff was nice as well as the ring I ordered. However, I don't feel very valued as a customer. I ordered a ring on the 3rd of February and was told it would be ready the latest the 15th. On the 15th, I called to check if it was in, and then when I came to pick it up, the order slip said it had been there since the 10th, 4 days before valentines Day. I guess my order wasn't very important.

All I can say is that dealing with the salespeople was a disaster. I left my 2 beautiful bracelets there for repair. They were there for 34 days. I picked them up today. The order was in the 'completed' area of the store. I was asked how I'd like to pay. That's when I noticed the repairs were never done. Needless to say, I took my bracelets with me & don't plan to return. ZERO STARS!

I’ve had a white gold and diamond bracelet that was too big for my wrist, so it has been sitting in my safe for many years now. I brought it in, and the master jeweler took a look at it, and explained how he could remove two little sections of diamonds, to make the bracelet fit properly, and make a set of diamond earrings with the pieces he removed. It is absolutely perfect! I am so grateful that I can finally wear it. Thank you very much!!!!!
