Bad experience!! Slow speeds, intermittent problems, terrible service. They tried to fix it a couple of times, no bueno... We had to hire a different company for internet and Geolinks did not let us off the hook for three years until the contract was done. I would recommend that you keep looking!!

Since changing to Geolinks 4 years ago we have had nothing but problems. We are a online business in Perris. We have had issues with their products "not pointed in the right direction" or now system maintenance they are calling it due to all the snow in California. They did not even put out a notice that there were issues. They currently have not ETA for this issue. They are a 3rd party provider for our main vendor. The main vendor put them to the fire yesterday and told them they had to call it an outage because that is what it is. Currently worse than the old dialup. We are looking for a better provider.

Ive had this service for the last 3-4 months and its terrible for gaming. Do not recommend whatsoever, they claim to be “clear fiber” but there’s nothing fiber internet about their name. It’s terrible ping and nothing close to actual fiber internet or fiber like latency. Geolinks has good customer service but not good at all for gaming. Ping is 25-70 when gaming which is UNACCEPTABLE. I still have to use my terrestrial landline for gaming and for the past months this internet has cut out a lot

DO NOT APPLY FOR WORK AT GEOLINKS DBA CALIFORNIA INTERNET! Children run this place, seriously.. you can not trust anyone here, knife in the back if you are not a friend of the big wigs ... president is a box clerk simply there to fill a spot and his pockets on your hard work, no incentives, no organization, no actual job descriptions they just hand out random position titles just for the books, but yet expect the worker to know exactly what that description is. Every decision made is designed to put money in their bank and drive the worker into the dirt sometimes literally ..i could go on and on. that place was a joke for the years I worked for them. Also I do not work for peanuts Aaron! P.S. they pay for reviews.

I have them for wireless internet in Lake Sherwood where there is no cable and Verizon doesn't have much DSL bandwidth. I had to sign a two year contract. Took 2 weeks to install. Worked for two weeks then crashed. They blamed router but through three very top of line routers through Linksys and Netgear and multiple levels of escalation. Level 3 from Netgear jerry-rigged it to work but I am suspect (and so is the tec guy from Netgear that this is a permanent fix. I can't believe I am first customer to have this issue but all they did was point finger at router and suggest that I get a computer geek out to interface w them. I have wasted over 10 hours online and 5-6 days w/o service. For over $100 a month on basic service you should get more of a customer service effort at a minimum and I suspect they knew more than they let on.

We live in a rural area and had Geolinks at our home and all was great. we moved down the street and we are told we can get no timeline of getting pur service moved....could be 5 months could be never. we our their customers and were paying for their service. their whole message is providing service to spots that are a little more rural. yet they aren't doing that!!!

Deplorable Service! All these positive reviews are either paid for or posted by employees. My business is now on day 4 of no phone/internet service. Finally got a call back and when I questioned the delay in addressing the downtime I was told that "there's a process" Seriously!?!? That's the response? I would rather pay double a be with a reliable carrier such as Verizon or AT&T than to save a few bucks with this shotty carrier.

I got their service in 2019, everything was fine until Covid hit, I tried to keep things going but like a lot of businesses we just couldn't make it. Eventually, I had to close my business and at that time I stopped using Geolinks internet service, therefore any ongoing costs to them ceased. Unfortunately, even though they were no longer providing service, they thought it was a good idea to harass me for the entire balance of the contract of some 15k. In good faith, I offered a one-time settlement of a few thousand dollars. To this day they are still harassing me, don't use this company they really don't care.

We have had GeoLinks for several years and are eager to get out of our contract. Our phone system goes down regularly and GeoLinks are often very slow to respond. I would NOT recommend this company.

GeoLinks is the best internet service available!! I moved here only a year and a half ago from an area that had satellite only. I thought I was going to be stuck with satellite again... but then I found GeoLinks. I have Telecommuted for years. The switch to GeoLinks has made me more product than I have ever been and can now bill 9.5 out of 10 hours daily!!My Family can stream TV while I am working which was forbidden on my old system !! Never could do that before! Thank you GeoLinks You ROCK!!!

I was very much avoiding using a company like Geo Links because of all the misconceptions out there. I was pursuing Verizon, Charter and the other big name providers. Due to the location of my business I was quoted insane cost for installation, some near $20k to lay fiber in my block. Then I noticed I had a Geo Links satellite on my roof from the previous owner. I made 1 call and they sent the signal over and boom, I was up and running. For a business or home in a similar situation I would absolutely recommend they give Geo Links a try before Viasat/HughesNet. From experience, this service is superior in every way. I've not had 1 problem in the last two years.

Our internet and phones were down for almost a week but Steve & Jose (technicians) were fantastic! Courteous and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about them!
