I would like to address my horrible shopping experience @ the gap factory store location in Camarillo Premium Mall. The store manager Amy was very rude and disrespectful. She repeatedly used her hands to speak to me and address my concerns. I had to tell her more than once to put your hands and refrain from pointing her hands in my direction. The process on line wasn’t the same price in the store. I showed her the price online and she repeatedly told me that price was incorrect. She repeatedly was banging on the screen telling me that the price on line was 34.99 not 22.00 even after I went step by step to add the item to the shopping cart and even up to the last step before placing the order. I even asking if I could place the order and pick it up and she was tell unwilling to assist in any way other than for me to pay 34.99 or choose a different way to pay. This was a poor representation of the Gap company. In addition, I was denied the district information to inform them of the situation. I ‘m greatly disappointed with this type of behavior and I refuse to shop at gap or its affiliated stores if this how customers. I look forward to manage contacting me regarding this situation.

I wish I would have gotten the named for the employees that helped me here. They were all so nice and very attentive. The store is well stocked, organized and very clean. I highly recommend visiting during their sales or GapCash deals, clothes is cheaper.

Prices that fit your budget and pretty good. Stock in the store made shopping here worthwhile I recommend this store.

The Gap Outlet store is one of my favorites. They have a great selection of jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, PJs, etc. The store is clean (one employee was wiping down shelves while we were there) and the employees are very nice and helpful. They have great prices as well as discounts. Gap members receive even deeper discounts!
