I've always loved Fossil as a brand and have numerous products from the regular and outlet stores but my experience this past weekend was a disappointment.I haven't been back to this outlet in 2 years but was really disappointed by the service. I walked in with my husband and we were greeted upon entering.However no one came to help me during the entire time I were in the store. The store is split down the middle between men's (left side) and women's handbags (right side). I was browsing at the women's items for a decent amount of time but occasionally would cross over to the men's side bc my husband was interested in a men's messenger bag. Associates came up to him over 5 times to the point it annoyed him and us when I was present bc I was jumping between sections but whenever I kept visiting the women's side not one associate came up to me to see if I needed help.Most regular and outlet Fossil locations have really helpful staff but this was just silly the way the associates were acting. There were at least 5 people working with almost no customers in the store. Idk if they were profiling but it didn't make me want buy anything so we both left without purchasing. It was definitely disappointing and it doesn't leave me feeling good about the brand/store.

Whenever I need a new handbag, wallet or special occasion purse I head to the Fossil Outlet store in Camarillo. My sister is visiting from out of town and loved my handbag so I brought her to the store. I am never disappointed! The store is beautifully laid out with a wide selection of handbags, backpacks, purses, watches and more at very reasonable prices. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Today I showed Natalie the strap on my purse which had frayed due to my own carelessness. I simply wanted to know if she had any suggestions on how to repair since the handbag was fairly new - under a year old. She replaced the entire bag for me! If you need to find the perfect handbag or wallet to this store. You will be happy you did!

I stop to look for a handbags the fellow was nothing helpful to help me for what I was looking and not shoppers around to try to make the sales, this is sad.
