This is a 1st class business. Bought some tiles for house addressthat came in 2 days, beautifully made, already assembled in frame, fun and festive, customer service is excellent, if only the rest of the world worked like this company. Highly recommended!

My customer experience was pleasant and I will definitely buy from them again as I update my home. Fine Crafts & Imports are professional, courteous and fast. I desperately searched the internet for a wrought iron address frame and tile. Their website was customer friendly and easy to navigate. After I selected the frame, I was unable to find two of the numbers I needed for my address. I called them and the nice gentleman who answered the phone uploaded what I needed in realtime. I placed my order and received the address frame (ceramic tiles in place,) in under 3-4 days. I am very pleased with the quality of the wrought iron frame and the colors on the ceramic numbers are vibrant and absolutely perfect.I opted to attach it to my wrought iron gating (see photo), instead of attaching to the house. I added my own personal touches of faux flowers and greenery just to personalize it and further integrate it into the front yard landscape.

I saw some beautiful desert themed house letters that I loved and was perfect for a friend living in Arizona. I called Fine Crafts&Imports and spoke with owner Alfredo. He knew what I wanted, answered my questions and the order was delivered within 2 days. I am thrilled with the outcome. Very reliable company and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Came in here at 9:15 Am on Monday before New Years. Jeremy was here. Wow! He is amazing! So helpful, I left with much more than I came in for. Great place, Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, and polite, and despite the multiple calls, and other people, he was pleasant and happy and attentive.
