I woud not take my dog to this facility. After having filled out a bunch of paperwork I was told I coulldn't be seen for two hours. I had a bad fall and had 5 stitches near my eye which needed to be removed. Outside of this the clerk insisted she had returned my medical cards and drivers license, which she had not. Eventually I haad to take everything out of my purse to show that she had them. Finally she coughed them up. Not only was I ijured on my yey, but my entirre body was covered with bruises and I was hurting evey moment during this charade. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. No compaasion whatsoever. They do not even deserve a 1.

Great experience in/out in timely matter. Everyone was great. Facility was very well maintained and clean.

Please adjust your opening hours on Google. If you accept the last patient at 08:30, this should be reflected in the opening hours. This would have saved me an unnecessary 15-minute drive in pain.

My husband Peter went here for having a fever for 5 days, a cough, and pain in his shoulders. This place tested everything viral and it all came back negative, they told him nothing was wrong he even went back too the urgent care to maybe seen again but was told nothing was wrong. He drove back to Arizona visited an emergency room who tested his blood, and did a chest x-ray knowing something was wrong. He ended up being diagnosed with pneumonia in his left lung. And they tested it for bacterial. They went a few steps further and took the time to listen.

Cracked a rib and needed an X-ray. My primary doctor was too slow to call back so I went to Exer and it was fast and easy. Staff was good and friendly

I first met the x-ray tech, Scot N, who cleaned up my wounds and bandaged me so I would stop bleeding. Next I met Jeff M, the PA, who explained everything that he was doing and what things I needed to look out for in the upcoming days. I would definitely recommend this Exer urgent care to anyone!

Provider had the best bed side manners. He was a true professional. He was vey attentive to my son’s concerns and most of all, he was very thorough in his diagnosis.Exer is very fortunate to have Jeff in their staff. Thank you Jeff.

Exer’s website states multiple times that they offer IV fluids at this location, but when I went in, I was told they don’t offer that service. The people were kind to me, but it was very frustrating to drive all the way there after verifying online that they offered the treatment I needed, only to find out they don’t.
