Order last week Friday so it can be delivered same day . Received order confirmation. Two hours later received another email but with noting on it just my order . If I didn’t click the “track my order “ I wouldn’t have know it was canceled . I called multiple times to know why it was canceled no one answered . So they took my money and had no gift for my friend . Called Sunday to follow up with that they said they were short staffed . I get that but why didn’t I receive some notification on why it was canceled or that it was being canceled . If it wasn’t for that “track my order “ I wouldn’t have ever know it was canceled . And no one called me to say why or email to say why

I actually have no idea how the product is because my daughter never received it. Terrible customer service, after it did not arrive the Tuesday before Easter, they promised by Wednesday night — no show. Tried every phone number, neither the store or corporate would answer. Either a message saying order received or leave your name and number. No call back! Sent emails as well and filled out their form twice online. Thanks for ruining my attempted surprise and leaving me with no time to find another option to send my daughter. I get that staffing might be low then don’t take the orders. This was very disappointing! Your company is definitely off my list, no matter what location.I have emailed as you requested. Still no response. NOT a surprise terrible customer service. Need a zero star choice.

Don't waste your time. My pick up was to be ready at 10am on a Tuesday, I waited for an hour, after calling their line multiple times, still no response. I was finally able to get in contact with someone in Atlanta, Georgia (apparently their corporate office)... she called the Camarillo location to get status on my order. She got no answer. Told me the manager would get in contact with me to confirm my cancellation...2 days later, still no response, no refund. If you like to plan ahead for gifts, do not waste your time with this company. Go elsewhere, better yet, make your own.

I made a same day delivery order at the Camarillo store. The order was received and then nothing happened. I called back two days later and no one could give me a straight answer about why it was not delivered. I asked if it could be delivered that day and they could not even guarantee that! I ended up canceling my order. This is unacceptable to me! I will never order from here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had an order and they called two hours before my order pick up and say they are canceling it because they want to close. I asked if I can pick it up next day girl got back on the phone and said her manager isn’t sure if he wants to open. Worst customer service!!!!!

We live in New Jersey and placed this order for my sister-in-law birthday. The order was supposed to be ready for pickup today 01/21/2022 at 13:00 my brother was waiting for almost 2 hours hoping that the store would open but nothing. We trying to call NOTHING . This is very disrespectful. Worse experience ever.Very mad at this point

Zero stars, this place sucks. Straight up. Placed a very important order and even got a confirmation for the order, never once got any kind of warning or note saying they were closed or shut down, and thwt my order was canceled until I showed up and saw for myself an empty dark building. I called customer service but it just forwards you to that stores current number, which s9unds like its a generic voicemail not the Edible brand. Anyhow it ruined the day i had planned and without notice. Thia place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

What the hell! I should have read this reviews before ordering. I’m expecting my delivery to be made today. It got canceled for some reason. No money back. No one answers in this location! What’s going on. I even called that one 877 number that this person suggests we call and nothing! I want my money back. Just made me waste my time!!!!! ?

Terrible experience. Placed an order online for delivery to Oxnard, which was accepted by their POS. I then received a call indicating they don't deliver to Oxnard. They said my order would be ready by 1:30PM Dec 9. My brother was there at 2PM to pick up the order.... But no one was at the counter. I haven't been able to reach them and have no idea what's going on with my order. I won't be placing orders from Edible Arrangements any longer.

Ordered a gift that I paid for same day delivery, it never came and I never received notice it would not be delivered that day- the same day delivery I had ordered. Very disappointing.
