SHOE GURU!!! Ecco shoes are high quality and worth the price. I've routinely shopped at the Ecco Outlet in Camarillo for almost two decades and have always been satisfied. But yesterday, I had an unforgettable experience worth mentioning in a review. Outlets are places where one cannot expect the highest customer service. The idea is the prices are lower, and you wrestle with the elements, finding your size and putting it on with little help from the staff. But this wasn't the case yesterday. A sales representative, Phillip, took me under his wing and guided me through what was available in my size. He went far beyond my expectations, cleaned the Ecco Track boots I was wearing, and researched the product best for the leather. I've been buzzing with the desire to tell another shoe enthusiast (fanatics like me) about this unusual experience of customer care and satisfaction, which I can't recommend enough. Shoes are crucial to foot health, and walking is vital to the heart, muscles, and joints. Ecco takes that seriously with unique and comfortable designs. A little help goes a very long way from a Shoe Guru. Thank you, Phillip!

Cute shoes but went back just before closing to purchase something and they closed 10 min early! If your website states open until 7, you should not lock the doors at 6:50.

I love ecco and I would buy many pairs. The store supposed to close at 9pm on Fridays but they shut the door at 8:30pm already.

I was looking for a good pair of semi casual shoes. Happened to walk into this store and I really like the quality of the shoes and the look. Picking up a pair will give it a try and see how good they are. The lady that works there was pretty helpful and helping me find the right size and gave me some information regarding availability and price.

Sean/Shawn provided EXCEPTIONAL service. He is passionate and knowledgeable about shoes. He offered several solutions on how to care for my shoes. I own about 5 pairs—golf, hikers, boots, and casual shoes. He also gave me fashion feedback. He made my shopping trip a phenomenal experience and with his help, I’ve refurbished my golf shoes and achieved a better fit in my hikers. I was clueless about how to buy my true size and achieve comfort with my wide ball area and narrow heels/ankles. He stretched my shoes for me.

Online store hours show 10am on Saturday on Yelp, Google, and Ecco's website. Got there at 10am exactly on Saturday, store wasn't open. No store hours posted outside either. Walked around for half an hour store still wasn't open.
