I love dkny & this store for a long time and the salespersons before are so nice esp the manager but the cashier who helped me yesterday didn't even smile, i dont know if she's annoyed or what, it's just very odd because for years all the salespersons here are so nice. And it's xmas. Anyway i hope the manager will let her know that it's not nice to be like that in customer service.

Great customer service, Sade assistant store manager did explain the offers and did help me find items not available at store did great job finding them online and shipped to my house, I am back to her again to order more

I been searching for the perfect jacket to wear in a cold hockey rink. As a coach for a girl's hockey team, I wanted that light material slimming look. I finally found the right jacket in DKNY. See pics! The lady that was helping me was helpful, so very friendly and had so much patience with me! This was a great shopping experience! Will definitely come back again! Stay safe out there people and to be kind to one another!

This is the review for Shalini. We were there on Thanksgiving Thursday night sale last night, the sale is absolutely remarkable. Shalini was so helpful and attentive to us and everyone else. There was this blazer I really liked but couldn't find my size, she went and got one for me which really made my trip worth it. Although the place was so crowded but their employees were truly professional, and Shalini's customer service is undoubtedly unparalleled. She is the true service oriented professional. Thank you.
