Local here.
The only reason I’m not giving this less is because the guys in the front are usually fantastic. The older Hispanic man and younger blonde guy - awesome guys. Yes they’re understaffed. No it’s not going to be boutique level clean. But it’s open 24 hours. I never use the pharmacist although today, we were in the area and my 17 yr wanted something for her throat, i assured her she can always get a recommendation/something otc if there is something available from your cvs pharmacist, but we went in and a very rude lady named Mona K treated us horribly. Just bad customer service. When she did offer a response she was looking down at her phone the entire time. Just uninterested in helping. Please switch her out this isn’t the service we’re used to in Cam.

I purchased sterile gauze pads. When I got I noticed they were expired in 2022. I went back to return and buy fresh ones. I noticed all of the rest on the counter were expired as well. I informed the checkout representative

They are useless they have no idea what they prescribe and give the wrong directions, they've prescribe the wrong medication multiple times on different occasions, they close the earliest compared to all the rest of the pharmacies in the area and they are rude.

I am very happy with CVS. I find the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I go to the Camarillo store as well as the Ventura store. They also make it super easy for Covid boosters, flu shots and RSV . THANK you !

Most of the time, they don't have the medication ready when you need it, or they have made mistakes.

The vaccination scheduling system is glitchy. You get directed to a white screen. My daughter has been trying to schedule a Covid vaccination since this morning. She called cvs directly (mcBean parkway in Valencia) and was told that they didn't accept walk ins and she could only schedule online. WOW I'm so not impressed with your service CVS pharmacy.

It’s always fun shopping at the Camarillo CVS. I enjoy using my Extrabucks and coupons. I can’t believe all the money I save shopping at CVS. The store is pleasant to shop in with great displays and well organized inventory. The excellent customer service is the icing on the cake. I love CVS…so much better than the competitors.

Lights flickering all over the store and in the bathroom too. My eyes became irritated because most of the lights were flicking for a long time.

Shout out to Michael! I took my elderly mom shopping and we had difficulty with the self checkout. He quickly came to our aide and checked us out himself. Not only was he patient with us, he was super courteous making our shopping trip pleasurable. Thank you Michael! We will be returning for sure.

Nephew came in late and said a hairy man with long hair who worked there was harassing him. He needs to be put back in training for customer service.
