The staff could not be more unfriendly. The pink haired girl had her back to us at the register and seemed annoyed we wanted to check out. She tried to charge more for an even exchange because I purchased on the website on sale. It's the same store! She left to ask the manager about it without saying anything just walked away. LOL. Then came back with the same answer. I argued it again and she pushed my item at me and said ok and that was it and I left. Haha, what???!! Even my teenage daughter said she shouldn't be working there. I will never shop there again. Have some standards for hiring people!

Young rude curly haired light skin short not chubby but she kinda looks chubby from her face looks mad all the time shouldn’t be an assistant manager, manager or leader. Over all the store is very nice lots to offer and amazing quality products.

They have good sales but it's very hard to get around because there are so many items and fixtures. If you have a stroller, you won't be able to move around the store and shop. This location does not have a mirror inside to try on clothing. It also does not have any dressing rooms in it. When I went yesterday (5-12-23) I asked a worker and she informed me they didn't have any dressing rooms or a mirror anywhere inside the store. A lot of the items are placed in wrong spots with signage that doesn't correspond to the item prices. The line is always very very long as well due to only one cashier.

Manager is unorganized and unprofessional she shouldn't be a manager if she is not getting the store correctly in format! Items placed in the sale section but were not on sale! Up set because I had to return to the cashier several times, very inconvient for me to have to return to the cashier to make sure the price was on sale. Also a pair of jeans had a sale ticket of $20 and they did not honor it! Very unsatisfied. Also didn't not get greated!

LOVE this store! Super cheap prices compare to the Cotton On stores inside the malls! To me they carry the same exact items from the mall! I will keep on coming here until my kids grow out of kids clothing!

Walked in here & they have a ton of varieties & also helpful patient associates. Vic helped us out, and is very knowledgeable about Cotton On Kids Camarillo.Great store, will be back soon for more stuff. Thanks Vic!

Cute, cheap kids clothes at the Camarillo outlets. We found dresses for $5 and $10, T-shirt's for $7.50, shoes for $5, and lots of things under $5. Quality not great but decent. Love the styles for girls, super cute!

I went into Cotton On for the first time today and I was truly impressed with their selection of clothing and reasonable prices. I purchased two dresses, a denim skirt, a top, a pair of shorts and a bracelet for $54! Now I do have to say that parts of the store are a bit of a mess and they do lack employees. Some of the racks/bins were disorganized and filled with broken products that should have been dumped.
