Personally wish I could give this a 0 star rating. I've been going here for a while with my wife and kids. I was surprised when I witnessed the manager, Janette, interject my conversation with another employee to reprimand her. It was humiliating for me to hear this personal conversation. I would've bought something if I didn't feel uncomfortable after this incident. Unfortunately, this has ruined my experience with Converse and I will not be back.

I got some shoes for a Christmas gift and I understand they’re on sale well this is an outlet but I’m not expecting to get out with a damage box and without a lid. When I ask for another one, she said she didn’t have more boxes but I’m sure it was because she wanted to close the store early (associate #494149)

I like my Chucks, One of my go 2's. I just wish they had a better Selection and some better deals as far as pricing. Overall I would probably go back.
