Love Columbia. Good quality products + my bro works there. We were bummed due to the outlet/clearance store closing. However, we found this Factory store open nearby. Went for shoes. We both have high arches and just didn't find anything that had that support. This is a great store and we'll be back for other goodness.

Their posted hours are wrong. They close at 8, not 9pm. Made a special trip to get there and got kicked out 10min after arriving. I would have spent 2 or 3x more than I did had they let me shop. Do everyone a favor and post the correct hours.

Good sales on, but the staff literally did not know anything about the products on offer. Looking for a rain coat, I had multiple staff members give me conflicting information on whether a specific coat was waterproof or not. Unfortunate!

The manager has a really bad face. He didn’t understand the discount coupon and acted like I owe it to him. I made a mistake. In the end, it turned out to be their own problem. His attitude is so bad. It sucks.
