“I love this bank. There’s never a line. Everyone is friendly. They smile. There’s good background music playing. If I don’t feel like going in, there’s a drive through. It’s never packed . They’re really nice there. It reminds me of the good old days.It’s so refreshingly different than BofA across town, where they have a big open building that’s packed with employees and customers and there’s only one teller. It takes forever to get anything done and they’re not nice at all. Pacific Western Bank is doing it right. I appreciate them. Thank you .”
