Manager is Unprofessional and have no communication skills
Manger have no idea how to manage a store, after picking up 12 pair of shoes between me and my wife, we left them at the cashier desk and left the store because of the stupidity of the manager. Promotion was 2 for $99 he refused to give me one pair at promotion price, which has no exemption sticker, I found the same shoes selling at Amazon for $43, never will go to that store again.

I purchase a shoe and for some reason the color of the leather faint after few days, I went to return it but they didn't accept to return it. Never happen in any Clark's before

I like the shoes. The employees seem unhappy. The return policy is strange and inconsistent. Once when I returned shoes the woman accused me of wearing them outside. Not true. Recently when I returned shoes they would not process the return unless I gave them my phone number and email. Why is my info necessary to obtain a refund? Weird policy.

I have worn Clark's casual leather shoes & Bostonian dress shoes since the 60's & 70's when they were the best fashion "Beatle's boots" & "desert boots" aka Wallabies to dress shoes to English style & quality construction that always delivers. I was amazed to find a retail store in Camarillo nestled in a "quiet corner" of the Outlets Mall, overshadowed by the athletic shoe crowd sprinkled throughout.

I tried to return 4 pairs of unworn shoes that I had ordered online. The Camarillo Clarks refused to take them because I had purchased on line. The manager acknowledged that the on line Clarks site does NOT say that shoes cannot be returned to Outlet Stores. She stated that is a new policy; it used to be OK. She suggested I drive a further 1/2 hour to Thousand Oaks and return them there. She pointed out that she has signs on the counter that say no returns of on line purchases. I said I have never been in any Clarks store, ever; and that I drove in traffic for about 40 minutes to fulfill what Clarks on line site says..."shoes can be returned to any Clarks store". It went downhill from there. This is the worst possible customer service...outright misrepresentation. As I began to walk out - without the shoes, she said "we don't take these". I was so angry I shouted "then donate them or put them in the trash".
