Bought a car wash and my truck had dirt all over it still brush marks all over ask the woman to rewash and was told no so now I’m 20 bucks lighter and still Lo have a dirty truck don’t use the car wash there

Took my car in for a wash the first time in about 4 months. With all the rain I just hadn't done it. I have a dash camera in my car that has front rear and interior views. It's plugged into my phone charger outlet. So tell me why they felt the need to unplug it? Is it because you didn't want to be caught going through the car? Well shame on you and I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this place. Yes I checked the car and it did appear there was some snooping. That camera is there for my safety so thank you for taking that away from me!!!!

Do not get your car washed here. They do a horrible job! Over priced for crap service. I wondered why it smelled like "Poop". But then I saw what they did to my car (or didn't do) and I realized that they can't even wipe a car down so their asses must be the same! Trying to talk to them was pointless. Lucky I can't give - stars...

I strongly recommend that you avoid this carwash if you don't want your car damaged. Yesterday I went through the "Ultimate Drive Thru" for $14. You don't drive through, you are pulled through by a chain drive under your wheels, with your brakes off and car in neutral. The beating of the rubber "brushes" - or whatever you call the ribbons of whirling strips that beat the car- was the loudest, most violent of any carwash I've ever been through. It was so violent that it beat the paint off a portion of my front bumper and folded my front license plate into thirds. I spoke to the manager in charge, Alex , who advised me that the damaged paint was my "responsibility" because I "drove through." I intend to have this damage repaired by the owners of this Chevron.

This is what I absolutely abhor about some gas stations. “Air/water is NOT FREE” plus the sign above that says that by LAW, it must be free. Go inside and they’ll give you the code. Super shady trying to make a quick buck off of people who don’t know. If they’re willing to deceive people like this, I could only imagine how much they overcharge other things. Take your business to a more honest location.

I just took my car to be washed this afternoon, about 4:20pm and they were closed, closed sign lit and blocked off with cones, yet their hours on Yelp states they are open Sundays until 5:30pm. Hmm.......

Actual car wash is good but when using coupon book they tacked on an additional charge for SUV which was not disclosed when I bought the coupon book. They claimed that's what they do. Rip off and not honest. Should have been included in coupon book price.

If there is any specific issue to address, go somewhere else.I chose their top detailing option at $299, and tried to tell the attendant that there was a sticky material on my seat and ask they spend some additional time on it.The attendant snapped at me, cutting me off to assure me "they will clean it".Well, they didn't. The seat is as sticky now as it was before the cleaning.In hindsight, they mentioned a stain on the same seat they couldn't get out. I realize now, because he refused to listen, he must have assumed I was talking about that stain when I tried to tell him about the sticky area.If you need anything special done, even at $300, they aren't going to listen. I'm going to have to pay someone else to go over the seat again.

This is also the Ponderosa Car Wash at the Chevron. It popped up on a google search while I was looking for a full service car wash. My beloved German shepherd isn't doing too well and after a lengthy and intrusive vet visit, he shat all over the back of my car. While I scrubbed and cleaned up what I could , my SUV was still in need of a good scrubbing and I could not for the life of me find a detailing place that could take me same day. This place offers a mini detail for $159 which includes shampooing of seats and carpet. 3 hours later my car was sparkling and fresh! It wasn't perfect (like they didn't clean inside my cup holders?) but the rest of the car got a major scrub down and I was happy.

Cashier Yrma gets overwhelmed quickly. Challenged managing multiple tasks at times. Refused to take ownership or responsibility for a Western Union. Abdicated the task and said she wouldn't take the responsibility. Went to Vons on Arneil instead.Was a strange reaction potentially brought on by having to balance between customers and the transaction.

this place sucks , the customer service is awful inside and outside of the gas station. paid for a $30 wash and they missed the left side completely. anyone that likes this place or the food here likes airplane food and thinks they sell real eggs at IHOP . This is the best car wash/gas station in Camarillo I appreciate the discount when you fill up for your drive-through car wash and when you use your von’s number it’s pretty cheap in the Best quality gas
