LOS POSAS CHASE BANK. Don't keep appointments and not enough staff. Drove 45 minutes after calling 4 hours ahead of time to confirm appt schedule. (Keep in mind this appointment took 2 weeks to schedule) no availability no staff.

I will be taking my money elsewhere when my cd matures. Impossible to actually speak to a person on the telephone at the bank. The recording says "they are busy". I guess they are too busy to earn my business, as well.

Always 5 star service. Any time I go I'm always greeted at the door with a smile and the staff are very knowledgeable. Not sure which branch the complaints went to but this is a 5 star establishment.

Right hand has absolutely no clue what the left hand is doing!! The people there, are very nice!! But they can only do so much.

I've had to recently go to this branch a few times to deal with a rather sensitive matter with the recent passing of my mother. The agents that have helped me (both times), David and Luis, were beyond helpful and made, what I thought would be an ordeal, a very simple and understanding process. It's great to know such thoughtful and caring people work here.

Bad service!!! I felt offended by one of the worker. I came in to the branch first to waiting in line to deposit some money and the worker saw me and said I have wait behind of other person. She said I came in in the front of the line and not the back of the line. What's the difference???

Horrible experience with this branch after ID theft. Just trying to protect ourselves and out information and accts.A simple task that they failed at repeatedly. Simple instructions --- close acct associated with ID theft and open new safe acct and issue new ATM card. Repeatedly they were unable to accomplish this task. they also did not think that time was of an essence as they delayed out appts. multiple times. This seems like it should have been covered in banking 101 . Isn't opening and closing accts a normal activity in banking ?

A few times that I've been to this bank what I don't understand why does management or even Employees that are better off in health get Front road parking.While other employees park further down And they don't leave parking for people that really need front row service I don't want to give license plates but I'll just tell you it's a Ford and a Toyota They're so young To be parking there When your customers need easier access To walk into the bank Whatever happened to lack of customer serviceAnd respect for older people or even disabled people This was at 8:30 this morning. Suggestion: Have your employees or even your management Park further down so that your customers can have easy access to the bank Try to give your older people respect. I was very disappointed a handicapped person wanted to go to the ATM machines and one of your employees and management parked at the ECS accessWhile the other handicapped areas were in useIs either waiting for the bank to open at 9Either way management and employees need to park further down so the customers can park closer to the door. I feel very disgraced the both girls were very young How do I know their management or employees because one of them opened the door with the key

My 74-year-old father has an account with Chase and this is his local branch. I'm a cosigner on the account as he has trouble accessing his account online/using a computer. My dad was short several thousand dollars and asked me to check his online banking. A "car wash" company out of Philadelphia scammed him for a year, taking out several hundred dollars a month; additionally, Chase erroneously posted a $30 check as "$3,000" which is what started this whole thing. Not only did Chase not make the situation right with the year-long scam, reimbursing my dad a paltry sum, they reported the issue to the police as "elderly abuse," positing that I was scamming money from my own father. A cop was sent to his house. This is how Chase treats military veterans and their sons who do Chase's job, reporting scammers. The Philadelphia-based scammer was charging my dad $30-$90 a transaction, 10 TIMES a day in the middle of the month and Chase did nothing about it -- except take the ignoble route and report me as a thief. Shame on Chase and shame on this branch.
