My mom passed and I was left with the unfortunate part of trying to trust someone at Chase to help get my mom's account to me. after weeks and weeks of giving them paperwork. Some notarized some not. THIS branch screwed me. What should have taken a week took over a month!!! They held MY money and for what?! If you don't know how to do a job guys, SAY IT!!!! and pass it to a person or branch manager that KNOWS! During this depressing and anxious time you guys made my life hell. Thank YOU for nothing and avoid this branch at all cost. This is something I won't ever forget. Ps. Other branches are aware of this one playing pretend in knowing how to do their job. They apparently make life harder for other branches that clean up their mess. I hope you don't suffer what I have during such a devastating time.

I've had to recently go to this branch a few times to deal with a rather sensitive matter with the recent passing of my mother. The agents that have helped me (both times), David and Luis, were beyond helpful and made, what I thought would be an ordeal, a very simple and understanding process. It's great to know such thoughtful and caring people work here.

Bad service!!! I felt offended by one of the worker. I came in to the branch first to waiting in line to deposit some money and the worker saw me and said I have wait behind of other person. She said I came in in the front of the line and not the back of the line. What's the difference???

My 74-year-old father has an account with Chase and this is his local branch. I'm a cosigner on the account as he has trouble accessing his account online/using a computer. My dad was short several thousand dollars and asked me to check his online banking. A "car wash" company out of Philadelphia scammed him for a year, taking out several hundred dollars a month; additionally, Chase erroneously posted a $30 check as "$3,000" which is what started this whole thing. Not only did Chase not make the situation right with the year-long scam, reimbursing my dad a paltry sum, they reported the issue to the police as "elderly abuse," positing that I was scamming money from my own father. A cop was sent to his house. This is how Chase treats military veterans and their sons who do Chase's job, reporting scammers. The Philadelphia-based scammer was charging my dad $30-$90 a transaction, 10 TIMES a day in the middle of the month and Chase did nothing about it -- except take the ignoble route and report me as a thief. Shame on Chase and shame on this branch.

Since the 2016 Paris Climate Accord, the fossil fuel industry got $268 billion from Chase.Good customer service and wonderful employees cannot make up for the climate change Chase continues to fund.Find a better place (credit union) to keep your money. Or get ready to evacuate.

I went in on Saturday to open a checking account. Lisa Grass was the person who helped me. She was able to quickly set up my new checking account, linked it to automatically pay my monthly loan, and made other account updates. She found a better coupon for opening a checking account than the one I brought. She was very considerate. I felt she had my best interest in mind throughout the process. Lisa made my first visit with Chase a pleasant experience.

Had a little issue with a deposit. Been with them since 1999. Went in today to chat with them about a hold placed on a check I made from my corp. to this acct., personal. They placed a hold on it for 14 days...Why? I asked. It's already cleared and has been deducted from my corporate account 4 days ago. Their response "Because the check design (the actual look of the check) is different from the checks you've deposited previously." So, Chase has the money, gets to use the money but I have to wait. I told the account rep that I guess I'd move on to another bank considering this crazy situation. He couldn't of cared less. I left in a bit of shock. And just to be clear, I've never had a low balance, bounced a check, been late on any payment to Chase etc.... and yet, they made no effort to rectify the situation.
