“Avis in Camarillo was wonderful to work with. We encountered vehicle issues on our long rental while out of state and getting a replacement vehicle that was comparable to the one we rented at other locations was a nightmare. We escalated the issue to cooperate and when they responded they made it sound like the Camarillo location was the issue. It was definitely NOT. In fact the Camarillo location went above and beyond to help us getting our issues solved with the out of state location we were trying to get to help us. The Camarillo store escalated the issue to their management and they made sure that we got a car in time and that they car would meet our needs. Everyone we worked with in Camarillo was great, but I want to make a special call out to Kira (hope I spelled it right!). She really came thru for us and we really appreciated her assistance. Without her, I'm not sure if we would have gotten a replacement vehicle in time.”
