Bobby was extremely friendly and helpful. He fixed my door easily without trying to sell me on expensive new parts and labor and didn’t charge me. I highly recommend this place to anybody!!!!!

Nope. Never again. There is an element of convenience if you have GEICO (as I do) since it’s a preferred partner but beyond that, poor customer service, the owner doesn't think a 10-day delay because the work had to be completely done again (terribly poor work on the 1st attempt) doesn’t warrant any discount for the inconvenience or additional cost I incurred (rental car coverage didn’t extend to the re-work). The service technician assigned to my truck got to be a bit too condescending and smarta**ed (relax bud, you work for an auto repair shop) when I made it clear I would not accept the vehicle with the poor quality work. All in all, there’s better places to have your car worked on. Lesson learned.

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time we have had to have our car repaired here and Robert is amazing!! Kept us informed the entire process!! Our car was ready a few days before he promised!! The minute you enter the shop from the receptionist to them having the rental car company picking you up, beyond exceptional customer service!! And our car is perfect!!
