Service here ( the one next to the North Face) is below average. When my tired senior mother came into the fitting room with me to sit for a bit, the young staff member laughed dismissively saying that two people cannot go in the same room! So while I was trying a clothing item, my mother stood outside leaning on her cane. They do mot have a large selection of clothes, and not any interesting deals. Nothing that you cannot find elsewhere with better prices.

I went in to look for an early birthday gift for my SO to add to the other gifts I have. They don't have that much selection and deals. But I was able to find a belt. It is the last one and the good part - it is the right size and 70% off. From $60 to $17. What a fantastic deal. Yay P. S. My SO loved it and used right away.

The staff at Calvin are always nice and helpful each time I go if I do buy or don't. Great sales over the weekend and found whqt I was looking for.

Shopping at this location was the best special thanks to Jacquelin for helping my son and I look for a suit since I had no idea what size he was but she definitely helped a lot . she’s honestly THE BEST worker there and very patient.

This Calvin Klein has so many cute clothes I wanted to buy so many things. The sales here are very fair, however I am disappointed in the fact that they did not have shopping bags to hold items and the fitting rooms are closed. I understand that because of the pandemic some places are taking extra caution, however at this point I feel some stores should close down completely because of the situation. Great customer service and everything but COVID makes it a bit annoying.

I like Calvin Klein but the selection here is just average and the prices are ok but not that discounted. If you happen to find a good deal, then get it but you might have to look for a while.

On November 30th 2019 at 2 p.m. in the location of Camarillo Premium Outlet, I, Lindsey Kim, went to buy some clothes and was trying some of the clothes that they have at the Calvin Klein store. (The one next to the food court ) However, one of the clothes, to be specific, a black sweater that I have tried on and purchased. After purchasing, and stepped out of the store, after five minutes or so, I have felt rashes and itchy feeling around my arm and shoulder area. I went back to the store and spoke to Claria (store manager) and explained the situation to her. She told me that it might be an allergic reaction and I told her that is NOT an allergic reaction. I told her if you guys can provide me first aid and instead of providing me first-aid, she called the AMR instead. When the AMR arrived, the EMT staff told me it "looks" like an allergic reaction and I told them that it is not an allergic reaction; however, they still sent me the ST. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital. (**During this situation, Claria was explaining to the EMT staff that it was an allergic reaction) As I'm in the AMR transportation, one the staff put an allergic reaction shot in me and I didn't know exactly what that was at the time. When the staff saw that the shot didn't work, they called the doctor and the doctor saw it was an INSECT BITE and NOT an allergic reaction. After confirming it was an insect bite (proof of Doctor's note), I took uber back to Camarillo Outlet and went to the Calvin Klein store. However, since they had a shift change, the manager wasn't there. Therefore, they told me that Joe will be sending a email to me; however, I haven't received anything from you nor the store. I went back to the store the next week and there was a different manager and I explained again the situation. One the staff gave me Joe's email. In conclusion, nothing was solved after this incident. after 2 month (yesterday) I called to store because I got a emergency bill($1944). nobody take care of me for 2 months. she said Joe(district manager) does not work any more. omg? I email to Calvin Klein customer service about this situation. but they say it is not there responsibility. In their property, at the Calvin Klein store to be specific, I was bit by a insect and you guys called the AMR without my consent. I asked for a first-aid but instead you guys called the AMR and also told them a false information. You guys just assumed and didn't know what it really was. I still have a scar on my body. please anyone help me what should I do????? I am a student, so I can't afford this much.

All what I can say about them it's a great product but the staff there are liars and they will take the name of the Brand down by what's the doing, one month & half right now and I'm still waiting on my refund check the sales people and managers all are liars and no one care about customer they just care about getting paid hours i will never recommend them to any one.
