This store has most rude and unprofessional staff in Camarillo Outlet !!!My and my family like this outlet and going there at least 4-5 times a year, and every time we are in this store some unpleasant something happens., last time we purchased 6-7 items and they put in a bag some item extra small size that we are not even looking for , after going home I saw in a receipt extra item . I Think they know we are not local and they doing this because they think we are not gone come back.Every time when we entering the store they never say welcome or can we help you with something and this time when me and my wife was in a front of cashier and said Hello two times to her ,she ignores and pretended that not listen what I said .another girl standing on the way to out of store just turned back like no one around .!!!Unprofessional and rude stuff because of bad management I’m sure!!!.

Service here ( the one next to the North Face) is below average. When my tired senior mother came into the fitting room with me to sit for a bit, the young staff member laughed dismissively saying that two people cannot go in the same room! So while I was trying a clothing item, my mother stood outside leaning on her cane. They do mot have a large selection of clothes, and not any interesting deals. Nothing that you cannot find elsewhere with better prices.

I went in to look for an early birthday gift for my SO to add to the other gifts I have. They don't have that much selection and deals. But I was able to find a belt. It is the last one and the good part - it is the right size and 70% off. From $60 to $17. What a fantastic deal. Yay P. S. My SO loved it and used right away.
