Ordered from this company on 9/2/24 as of 9/10/24 my order has not been processed and I still have no tracking number or any assurance my package will arrive in any timely manner. I reached out to customer support and received an extremely low effort copy+paste reply from Chase. I highly recommend never ordering from this company or bringing them any form of business as they do not care about their customers or providing business in a timely manner such as other competitors. I highly regret my purchase with BTO.

Guy who helped me track down my 2024 supertech m10 era helmet is a life saver. Alpine didn’t even have it in stock til August and he had them. Tracked it down and helped me order it. Props to him !!! Will be ordering again very soon

I’ve been buying from BTO Sports since 2012, my dad has been buying from them since 2001. BTO sports has been around for a long time and they have always had the best prices. Every time we have an issue or question they are understanding and helpful. I recently visited their showroom and had the best experience for getting gear for my kid. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

I’ve been an avid customer of BTO Sports since 2000, I started ordering from Vince. Who I had the pleasure of meeting him and his staff at the Vegas Supercross finals, when BTO had an SX / MX team with the Butler Brothers. Everything I’ve purchased has been of the best quality.

They took 5 days to ship my order. The items I ordered say 9+ in stock. When I call to ask what the deal is I'm told "Oh we had to wait to get it from the manufacturer. Thanks for the deceptive practices. I was unable to go to an event because of it.

Takes forever to ship the product. Just ordered from them for the first time about a week and a half ago and still have not shipped. You are better off going to Rocky Mountain or Motorsport

Great customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure we got the jersey we wanted and shipped incredibly quickly! My kid has many years of racing ahead and I will absolutely be buying from BTO!
