I have never been represented by such a compasionate, vigilant and proffesional team as those at Broadview. I was close to losing my home until I met with Steve and Kelly Carrigan who proceeded to arrange an amazing reverse mortgage which quite frankly provided me the opportunity to recover from the death of my beautiful wife Linda and remain in my home with enough cash out to get a new lease on life. Truly a blessing and a miracle, as the team at Broadview had to sort out an extensive amount of baggage which would have prevented any chance for me to attain a loan. With focus and determination the team litterly put my life back together again. I will remain forever grateful to the Broadview team and highly reccomend them for anyone who needs an honest and competent Broker. Thanks again Steve and Kelly, I love you guys.....................

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Its impossible to get through to anyone and calls are rarely returned. I worked with Steve Carrigan and his guidance as a mortgage broker was poor to none --- wrong information, delayed processing, sloppy file keeping, and RARELY received call backs or return messaging. I was steered to believe that we would go through the loan process quickly --- but it took 6 MONTHS --- at which time, after extensive documents were sent, paperwork, and more, I was told that I did not get the loan. Why? Because Steve gave me the wrong information that was critical to Underwriting's requirements. I made decisions based on his so called "knowledge", and got screwed in the end. NEVER USE THIS BROKERAGE.

My experience with Mason and his team was absolutely STELLAR A+++++. At the time the offer to buy my townhome was given, I did not think buying was an option, as I was not financially prepared. Mason gave me options that I did not know existed, and with his expertise, I was able to purchase my home!! Communication and directions were clear throughout the loan process. Someone was always immediately available if I had any questions. His team (especially Veronica K <3) was friendly, warm, patient and kind. THANK YOU MASON!!! :)

Mason and his team are such a pleasure to work with. This is our second time using them, and we will continue to use them in the future because of their phenomenal work ethic. They get everything done quickly and efficiently, but still answer all questions while walking you through the process.

Mason was fabulous! This was our first homebuying experience and he made it so easy for us. He answered every single question we had in rapid time (and we had a LOT of questions) and he was there for us every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the loans available and which was the right one for us throughout the entire process. We have already recommended him to every single one of our friends looking to buy a home. Mason is the best and everyone should work with him to help secure the home of their dreams!

Mr. Carrigan and Team did a great job of explaining loan requirements to customer. Mr. Carrigan and Team did a great job acknowledging receipt of requested documents. Mr. Carrigan and Team did a great job promptly responding to customer questions. Mr. Carrigan and Team did a great job of keeping customer informed of loan status a every stage of the mortgage refinance process.
