Big Brand Tires of Camarillo has a great staff! I got my car serviced there today for my second time now. I used to think this was for tire service only. Excellent job, in minimum time. I purchased an SUV from BMW of Santa Barbara with no spare and four RFT tires with no guarantied mileage. To compound all that BMW did not adjust the alignment in the three years of free coverage. BMW has a rule of not rotating RFT tires. Before you purchase any car with RFT tires look it up. Big Brand taught me a great deal about my second largest life purchase. From sales to maintenance that is why I went to Big Brand Tire of Camarillo.

Came in to get my brakes done, they recommended me to get new rotors. He said that my rotors were dry rotting ,that I had cracks in my rotors.i took it to the dealership mechanics they said I didn’t need new one there was no cracks. I usually come to this place but no more. I feel lie too because all four rotors would cost $1300 .

Today I had one of the best customer experience and service in a long time. I wasn’t able to see why my tire was leaking non stop and they saw that my rim was cracked. They recommended me a welder place, searched for new 17’s and gave me a few options to fix and replace my issue. Shoutout for Alex at reception and Angel the mechanic for being kind, informative, extremely helpful and friendly. I hope I don’t have another issue to have to come back but if I do, I would go back without a doubt! Thank you
