William (Bill) tried to remove the sliding door from its railing so he could install a new custom glass in laid down position. When he realized he couldn't remove the whole door, he became very aggravated and continually cursing at the situation. He kept on trying to remove the door with heavy tools. When that didn't work he kept on jerking the door up down forward and backwards trying to get it off the railing. When he accepted that he cannot install the glass in laid down position he decided to move forward with an upright install of the custom glass without removing the actual door. This caused an extra 1.5 hours to the install time and made William frustrated throughout the time being on site. Towards the end of his installation everything looked good and they were cleaning up. I had to take a work call upstairs and didn't go through a final check while he was on site.They just packed their tools and left. When I came downstairs from my work call, I inspected the door. Right away I realized that the lock no longer locked properly. Also, when looking outside, I see that they left the original glass in the back yard next to my kid's playing area. This glass door weighs over 100lbs and need at least 2-3 people to carry it. I'm post surgery of my knee and do not have strong friends that can move this for me. Furthermore, they placed back my screen door in which also did not lock nor slide properly.I called William McKenna with the issues and he said that his backed up with work and not sure when he can come back to fix the problems. I then texted him 2 weeks later reminding him that we need him to fix the issues and having the glass laid out in the back yard is dangerous for my kids and pets. He said that his worker on vacation and started ignoring my texts.At that point I contacted a professional sliding door company to come out to make the repairs and assist in placing the glass in our garage. They quoted me $175-$275 to come out. I then texted back William asking if he's willing to reimburse me for the added cost of the repairs. He denied to do so and advised me to call friends to move over 100lbs glass door.

Nicest people, Bill and Tony, and the dog door looks fantastic! The entire glass panel had to be replaced for this type of dog door, so that took some time to make, but the installation was very quick and efficient. Very happy with the result, now if I can only get the 2nd dog to figure out how to go in and out!

I called Bella Pet Doors and spoke to Bill the owner about requesting a dog door for my dachshund and my golden retriever in Burbank. Tony came out to figure out where would be a good location for our door. Due to our home being made entirely of concrete, we couldn't do a door through the wall. We decided to put the door through the French door.The door came in fairly quickly and the installation was flawless. Thank you Tony so much for installing our door.I chose Bella pet doors for the best quality dog door. Most of all, this door is secure and tough. You don't have to worry about intruders. These guys did a great job. Super professional. Did everything they said they would. They had a tall task of getting a customized piece of glass that would then fit a doggie door and they nailed it flawlessly. Looks great.

I began my pet door search in 2018 when we first got our 70 mutt Jupiter. Bill was attentive and accommodating and answered every question I had at the time even though I never committed to an installation. At the time, we were considering an in-wall solutions as well as an in-glass door solution. Unfortunately, for reasons that don't matter, I never went through with the installation and live moved forward. Fast forward 4 years and it was time to consider a dog door again and I reached out to Bill. To my surprise, he remembered our conversation and remembered the options we discussed. After having a phone and email consultation, Bill came by the house one afternoon and we finalized the best option and he gave me a quote right there. Not only was he excellent at his job but he also was gray with Jupiter who is a high energy dog that tends to be a lot for many people. She immediately took to Bill and he to her. Everything that he told me went exactly as discussed from the lead time to the installation time to the date of installation. Bill is an excellent contractor and I am more than happy with the work he did for us. Thanks for everything Bill!!

I wanted to post my satisfaction with a dog door replacement at my home today. Bill Did a great job troubleshooting my difficult install and we couldn't be happier. They are truly amazing!!!! I have a huge Cane Corso pup and we needed a giant door. Bill and Tony worked with me to get the perfect door for my dog. They were always prompt in communicating and getting the door in as fast as possible (with all the Covid delays). They were very professional through the entire process. Highly recommend!!

Bella Pet Doors just installed an extra large pet door through our wall for our Great Dane and our Staffy. We had one going through a slider but just completed a remodel. We now have a beautiful French slider AND our dogs have free access in and out. They are professional and prompt! Prices are reasonable. They also recommended the correct pet door that would work for both my dogs.

So thankfull I found Bella Pet doors!! I have an old custom craftsman style house, so was very worried installing a pet door would destroy my antiqued french doors!! But Bill was absolutely awesome walking me through the process and helping me decide which custom pet door would be best, and Tony did an absolutely flawless job installing it!
