Don't use the car wash unless you get the expensive detail.....I'm someone who hates to write bad reviews , however when someone providing a service, fails or does it in adequately and then refuses to make it right I have no choice.I use a drive-through car wash and Montecito every week, it is very similar to the car wash they have at this location and I have never had an issue. As I was traveling through Camarillo is it rain in Ventura and I needed a car wash so I stopped in and got the premium self-serve car wash. After my car being washed I stopped to get a sandwich at the gas station market and I noticed that the entire back of my car what's dirty it look like it had not been touched. I brought this to the attention of the manager at the carwash and he told me that he would get someone to clean it up. It came over took a rag and wipe the dirt on the back of my car into my new paint, And then told me that that was all he could do. when I pointed out that the back of the car was still completely dirty and I've never had an issue like this, he told me that I should have bought the more expensive hand wash. In my town if I had this issue they would have had me go through the carwash once more to take care of the problem.I will never stop here again.
