I was able to get some help from Christian whom went out of his way to support me. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. He truly went above and beyond and he should be acknowlegded for that.”
“Was referred to Battery Biz who took over the Gasless Generator business of Duracell. I had three Duracell Costco Battery Inverter units and two of them went bad. I contacted Battery Biz and went out of town. I was shocked to return home with two fully functional warranty replacement units at my door. Excellent customer service.”
