This past week I visited the Bally store at the Camarillo Outlets. I've had my eye on a pair of sneakers online but wanted to try the shoes on before I made a purchase. The store is small and intimate, but is a nice experience because of the quality of the goods and the exceptional service from the staff.Alejandra and Jason were the two team members in the store during my visit. Both greeted me upon walking in and asked how they could help. Each team member looked around the store and made suggestions, in attempt to help me find what I was looking to purchase - (Dressy Crew Tee to wear under a suit). While that item did not workout for me, I moved on to the shoes. Alejandra educated me on the product warranty, which made the decision to snatch up the sneakers, that much easier! While the color I wanted were not available in the store, she researched to see if there was another store that had my size and color. The whole experience was easy, she ensured I was happy with the comfort of the shoe before I went through with the online purchase via their other store. I walked away, excited about my purchase. The shoes were delivered to the Camarillo location within days. However I could have had them delivered to my home as well.When I picked up my shoes, Jason was there to greet me once again, he knew where my shipment was, and quickly got my package from the back. It's nice when the people, the product, the quality, and the service all align with the price point you're paying. Excellent work! Thanks for exceeding my expectations!
