By far, they are the best VOIP provider that I have worked with. Great support. The longest I have ever sat on hold to talk to a tech was 30 seconds. You can't ask for anything better.

We recently moved our phone system to a VoIP system with Axion. We have had nothing but excellent service from everyone there. They provided clear instructions for set up and how to use our new phones. I have made a few other calls and my concerns are handled in a quick and professional manner. It is refreshing to work with a company focused on customer satisfaction.

I would avoid them at all costs. The owner is a bully who doesn’t like if he doesn’t get his own way. We did everything to try and work amicably with them but we found it was so hard. Be aware.

We have had Axion VoIP phones in our office for a good year now. So far everything has been great. The line is always clear and the sound is great. Kevin the sales person was easy to work with. And if you need support they are our of California which is a huge plus.

Axion provides great voip service and excellent customer support. Pricing is competitive and they're readily available to expansion to more users, and changes in the call routing.When we moved to a remote environment for COVID, they helped us get set up quickly. We had almost no down time!
