“I just installed my solar panel with J&K. They were prompt and efficient, and very kind as always, helping me with additional small issues. They go the extra mile. The work was done yesterday afternoon and my solar panel is just starting to charge my batteries -- with very little sun today -- I already noticed that the voltage has remained steady, even when I'm using my printer that consumes a lot of energy. Jerry was right on when saying that we should not overcharge the batteries. I will be watching my batteries in the next coming days; their voltage will probably go higher as more sun will keep charging them. I always learn something when I visit J&K. So far so "great". Thank you team. I feel secure as I know that I can rely on that team if any issue arises.”

“First time going here and I love it, I knew they were not going to rip me off. When your service is finished they send you a link to your bill with all included details. The link they send for you to pay is incredible nice, easy, very clear to read and understand, no confusion, all this are the positive things. If I have 1 negative thing to say it’s that their price is a little bit higher than the competitors.”

I just used them for the first time to have my brake pads replaced; as a single woman going to an auto repair shop, I mentally prepare myself (IYKYK), and I was VERY pleased to be treated with politeness, no upselling, extremely reasonable prices and being shown the work that was going to be done.
I showed up at 8am on a Saturday, Ray the manager said he’d be done by 10:00…and they were finished by 9:30am. Since I stayed on-site, that made me extremely happy. ?
And I *really* appreciate that they’re open on Saturday. Working full-time M-F, I do not want to take time off for auto repairs, especially since I needed to wait to have the work done.
Last but not least, I didn’t realize that BrakeMasters does, like, 90% of the standard car care services (fluid changes, shock work, etc)! So I’ll absolutely be coming back for that. ?????”

“I can't say enough good things about TODD and TNT AUTOMOTIVE...I would hate to leave anything out!The SERVICE is definitely above and beyond any I have received over all the years of having maintenance done on my car.The work has always been completed on the same day when I take it in for maintenance or repairs. I ran up and over a stupid curb recently that just "jumped right out in front of me" I felt comfortable enough to drive right to TNT to have it checked before getting home. I was afraid there might be a really big problem like a cracked axle or that one or more of my brand new tires were damaged.Todd came right out, checked over everything and then drove it around to see if anything was loose or out of alignment.I drove home...so relieved and glad to know that everything was intact and in great shape.I've recommended TNT to many of my friends and I am highly recommending them to you!”

“My rim cracked and I was able to get in touch with Wheel Concepts through a recommendation for a quick welding since I needed to have a full size wheel urgently and was able to drop it off within 10 minutes. Something came up and were unable to fix the rim within a day so they looked for a replacement tire for my 17” to be able to drive it and they seriously rescued me.
Tyler helped me, was very friendly and was able to find me a solution right away. I’m very thankful and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you”

“Finally I’ve found the best Sprinter service/repair facility! Instead of the typical repair shop where you speak to a “service advisor” that types into a computer your van’s issues, what you want done, odd error messages, etc, at Sprinter & Benzz you talk face to face with the master technician that does/did the work.
Dui (sp?) spends time with you discussing what needs to be done, what yo expect at the next service -in my case brakes.
I can’t say enough good things about this operation! There’s a distinct feeling of trust, that you’re not going to be sold on a service item that’s not needed. I even asked my wife to come inside to meet Dui when we picked up our 2016 3500 with 68k miles.”
