I'm a tenured Luxury auto sales pro. So I like people shooting me straight and doing what they say they are going to do.
Some of the all stars that assisted me there was Brandon answered all of my questions and was forthcoming about my ?'s about tires. When I arrived Michael asssted me as an associate he was great too.
Adrian and Nathan are awesome as well we had a few things to address they did well 10 stars!!

Really disappointed with these guys. Previously I've had good luck with them. This time I had worn out tires, under warranty, yet they wouldn't warranty them. They lasted just over 1/3 of the miles the tires were supposed to last. Told me 2 tires were down to zero tread and therefore "too worn out to warranty". Wore out at 25k miles, should have lasted 70k miles.
Be careful.

Both of them were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. I highly recommend visiting America’s Tire at this location and working with A.J. and Michael for any tire-related needs. Outstanding service!

All the staff is super helpful and kind. Came here to get 4 new tires today they kept me updated with my cars wait time. They kept checking on me to ensure how much longer my car would take. They said it would take 45 minutes and that’s exactly how long it took. Definitely returning to this location.

We just had an amazing experience at America’s Tire, Camarillo. Fantastic Customer Service!
We had bought a set of 80,000 mile Bridgestone tires at Costco and they were worn beyond the wear mark at 44,000 miles. We had a previous bad experience with getting a warranty repair at Costco and decided to get tires here instead of dealing with them again. Bryson at America’s Tire not only matched a better price at Big Brand Tires on a set of Michelin Defender 2’s, but he was able to warranty our Bridgestone tires for the remainder of the 80,000 miles. We walked out with a new set of tires and the full warranty for about 65% of the price of the original price of the tires. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone that needs tires.

They have free tire pressure checks. Great prices on tires. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Their customer service is second to none. More business should be modeled after them.

Had a potentially dangerous situation with a tire and came by this location to get it looked at. I was guided to the back where Adrian helped do a free air check on my tires and noticed that my sensors were not calibrated correctly and my front tire had over twice the recommended air psi. He corrected the issue, explained some of the hazards and educated me on some helpful tips with air hoses and such. Now my car rides better and I feel safe with an expert consultation. Thanks Adrian
