Awesome American Tire Depot! They have been very helpful and timely. I am really going to recommend them for services. Especially because I was recommended to them from another unrelated service shop. I have been a customer for a year now and they are the first tire shop I go to now.

The appointment was made to get tires and windshield wipers for my Chevy Traverse at the dealership in Ventura. Waiting almost 3 hours thinking they were servicing my car a service guy tells me they don’t have the windshield wipers or the right size tires, he said I could come back during the week to get the job done. I decided right then and there, that it was not going to happen. I immediately called America Tire Depot talked to a very nice guy (Hector) told him my dilemma. He said come right in will take care of you and to my complete satisfaction he did. The price was so awesome compared to what the dealer was going to charge. Hector made my day, I certainly will continue all my car needs with American Tire Depot!

Nathan was absolutely amazing!!!! I was having a horrible day and he calmed me down, got the tire I needed in a very prompt timing and made sure to unlock my doors while I was paying so my kids could get in. I am overly happy with this experience!!!!
