Thank you Michael Castro for all the CPR/First Aid and AED knowledge you shared with us. I didn't want to take another online training so I elected to take this in-person class. I was happy I did. The time flew by and I learned so much. Michael presented the information in a fun, easy-going yet serious manner.

My instructor Michael Castro made class fun. You could tell that he was passionate about saving life as well as making sure at that everyone knew what was really going on. They took it also be a good Samaritan all saving lives. The class went by very fast because he’s entertaining and has a wonderful energy. Enjoy the class very much. Thank you, Michael.

So the blood is STILL NOT BEING SEPARATED! Unbelievable!! How much more does the Red Cross need to see to know the vaccine is not safe and effective and the people have a right to not want it in their bodies. The vaccine does do into their blood stream. AND NOW WE LEARN THE RED CROSS IS ASSISTING ILLEGAL MIGRATION INTO OUR COUNTRY. We are literally being invaded and your federally funded non profit is helping. This seems illegal to me and I hope the Red Cross faces a back lash.

A huge bureaucratic, money hounding, woke organization that claims political neutrality, but I know differently. And what sealed the deal for me was that they caved to the vax mandate, instead of standing up for medical freedom & choice. I can't get behind that ideology, ever.

I was told by the instructor we would get our certificate the same day in the evening via email I currently got hired and the only thing that is holding me back from starting my new job is this certificate that has not been emailed to me i called various times left messages no one answers and no one calls back! Its so frustrating and unprofessional And there were only 5 people taking the BLS/CPR class i dont know why its taking so long its been 5 days and nothing no response NOTHING!!!

Wasn't happy with my Basic Life Support training instructor Wendy, but I got a refund and made a complaint. They still offer me a free class again, and nope! Everyone pass except me and the instructor gave out the right answers to fill in and she said I didn't pass, really! Doesn't make no sense at all even that she mark with the red pen to correct it and she help another person to pass. I was so nice to her and she was very unfair, and my friends that are studying nursing also they we're thinking about taking the classes there until I told them what happened to me. It still doesn't feel right how I got treated unfairly!She got mad when a person got there late for the training and she took it out on me for no reason and I did the training like I was supposed to and got there 30 min early.It will come back to her "KARMA"
