Management is good and maintenance gets things done quickly. It’s quiet for the most part and the apartments feel upgraded with spacious laundry closet.

Clearly rude or its >>discrimination<< either way not very helpful while moving. Waste of my time, I missed class to come tour and from out of town.
Very bad leasing experience. I came for a scheduled tour 3/4/24 at 1130am, I sat down and asked to see map and all of units for rent. After getting into speaking about the parking she suddenly stops, and she said "well you can go set in lot I have got alot to do and I will go take you to see a model only one. I asked are you sure? she agreed. I don't tolerate that kind of behavior, so I left.

One word: DANA. As an Essential worker, getting home was supposed to be a place to physically and emotionally decompress from the nature of my job. INSTEAD I WAS WONDERING IF TODAY WAS GOING TO BE THE DAY I WOULD HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN A PLACE TO LIVE OR SURRENDERING MY DOGS TO A SHELTER. This hostile living environment took a huge toll on my mental health. We left our apartment cameras on 24/7. I think our downstairs neighbor had it in for me SPECIFICALLY when he found out my profession is the same as the person his wife LEFT HIM FOR and who also lives with his kids now. THIS PLACE IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY. DANA PREFERS MONEY. as soon as we moved out they redid the apartment and now they charge more. It was worth letting your tenants be continuously harassed. Read on if you'd like. We lived at Allure for over 2 years with no problems until the were bought a little over a year ago. Never any complaints from bottom or side neighbors as we always did our best to be mindful and always paid rent in time. A bottom neighbor moved in asked us to rectify a situation and we immediately did and even squared it away with Dana. The neighbor said there was noise from our dogs which he claimed was constant. Not at all but different people different sensitivities so okay. He even said maybe we can give our dogs 15 minutes before we cut them off from play, mind you they were excited to see us come home. Our two mid sized dogs were crated while away at work (except for a pee break during one of our lunch breaks) until 5:30/45. We followed up with him and he said everything was good, so much better, he loves dogs. He Submitted a complaint day after. Made complaints while dogs were In their crates, not home, not making noise.. We had puppy cams so we knew he was lying. Any time or dogs got excited for us to get home, walk time, treats.. you name it. Doesn't matter if it was 5:30pm. We talked to Dana she said it sounded like we're doing everything right to rectify the issues. When he texted us again, wet just said to please talk to Adana. A few days later we had a 3-day notice on our door! We made an appointment with Dana brought her our "evidence" With time stamps ie video, pictures with time stamps that proved we weren't home and/or the dogs weren't home, text messages from the downstairs neighbor and she didn't show interest in them. We asked what evidence the downstairs neighbor provided and the only thing she produced was, "He said it is disturbing him and when your dogs are larger they may make more noise." I said our dogs are medium sized dogs and there are tenants with dogs twice our size. Our dogs are well behaved. Btw, the neighbor had a gas grill which we saw him use and we didn't say anything. We would also hear him arguing downstairs. **I'll add some more later if I remember. Luckily we found a much better place so it worked out for us.

Very Excellent the place was nice , our view at the 3rd flr was very scenery which is I loved the most . I can see the mountains even the outlet near the apartment . Our room was perfect for us. And of course SIR MANNY the assistant manager here was very accommodating.

If you are looking for an Apartment I really recommend this one the scenery, gated, and quiet neighborhood as well also Manny really did a great job on accomodating us, helped us a lot on what we need answered all are questions and he is so friendly as well!

Horrible New Management, specifically Dana. She makes promises to you then back peddles when it's time to come through by calling you a liar stating she never made such promises! Horrible way to treat tenants and completely unprofessional.

This place used to be nice but everything has become run down. The jacuzzi hasn’t been working for over six months and they never update residents on when anything will be fixed, the lounge chairs are run down, and that fountain hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I feel bad for anyone moving in. Don’t waste your money here.

Resident for over a year and would not recommend. Moved in during Covid and the manager then mentioned the apartment hallways and parking were dirty due to reduced staff and it's only gotten dirtier since. Maybe if the property upkeep was better light posts wouldn't be falling on resident's vehicles. For the past month+ there is no manager so that's how long I've been waiting to get what should be a quick and simple issue resolved. Pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Seems overpriced for what you get and some apartments have been vacant for months. Look elsewhere and maybe we'll be neighbors soon :)

Looked at these apts because the ad I seen showed one for $1860. Spoke with David. By the time I left Camarillo to Newbury Park and started the application which cost $257.38, David said someone already took that apt. To continue paying all the fees because he was waiting on someone else to confirm or not if they were moving in. David said if the guy said yes then Ill get all my money back because no credit check was ran. Well here we are over a month later and I only received $100. I called and told David I'm missing $157.38 he said ok.... I feel like I was lied to from the beginning about that apt being available. I was also shown a 3rd floor apt and immediately said no. David asked me asked again and I said no. I feel like he thought I was just going to accept the 3rd floor.

So I decided to edit my review. We’ve had new management for almost a year now. They are absolutely great. I got orders to leave which is the only reason I’m terminating my lease. If I ever came back to Ventura I’d be sure to move here. Amanda, Jay and her staff are great ppl who do great work.

My husband and I moved in a year ago. Right as the new management team took over. We have been extremely happy with everything from the open concept floor-plan, the layout of the units, the in-unit laundry, the updated appliances, flooring, the nest thermostat, garages to rent for guaranteed parking, they have just upgraded the gym, and poolside amenities, and resurfaced the parking lot. There is always property improvements going on. They really take care of their tenants and the facility. We have been very pleased with our stay here. Thanks to Amanda David and Jr.

Amanda is very friendly! Jr., the maintenance supervisor, makes sure the jobs get done and he makes sure the residents are satisfied. This is a nice place and I am happy to live here.

This apartment complex is terrible. The cost of the place for the sq. Feet you get is garbage. We paid $1972 for a 750 sq. Ft apartment NOT INCLUDING any bills. Gas bill ran us $20-30, electric $90-100, utilities (water, garbage etc.) $70-90. Internet only TWC $76. Total rent+bills= $2200-2300 A MONTH. Way to expensive!! The neighbors are too close together since the walls are paper thin. Just from laughing on our patio the neighbors keep banging on the Windows. There is no privacy here everyone is too nosey. Oh and good luck finding a parking spot that's not 1/2 mile away from your place. The staff is fantastic though and very courteous.

This place is amazing. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Beauriful landscaping and the pool and hot tub are always very clean. Only thing that sucked is the BBQ pits are all broken up so the flame only comes out one big hole. Only moved out because of family issues but will be looking at moving back in in about a year.
