So so experiences here perious to last visit. I had a great vet years ago and was recommended here when I moved to the area. My last visit was on a Saturday. When making the appointment I was offered a weekday or weekend time. I took the weekend so my husband can watch our kids. Had previously had weekday appointments and found out on Saturday that it costs more to be seen on a weekend. Wish they told me or I would have taken a weekday appointment. I think that alone is dumb. But then they said examination and tests done for my dog would take about 40 minutes after pur consultation and they would tell me if time would be any different. Ok, i can wait...better than driving home and turning around to come back. All in all, I was there over three hours. After about an hour I was taken in a room so doc could talk to me. After half an hour later I asked if she was coming. 15 min later she came in. My phone by that time was dead not knowing I was gonna be there so long. Said she had a charger and dont worry I wont be forgotten. Guess what. Forgotten. 15 min later i came out of room, asked for my dog and to pay for my bill and to leave. I even told the girl going over billing she never told me the wait would be longer than expected. She said sorry bit really seemed indifferent. Said they had a lot of walk in that morning. Yet i had an appointment...They wanted to charge me over $1200 for services. Guilted about what needed to be done. I refused a lot and I left paying a little over $600. Super expensive and a horrible experience in all. Felt like crying when left. Felt whole entire staff not sympathetic and basically ignored whole visit. Definitely go somewhere else. There are plenty offices in the area to see your loved pet.

I have been taking my dog here since 2020. Through the time here the doctor and staff have been absolutely great. The cost for services here were affordable also. I am giving two stars now and here is why. The cost of services here have gone up significantly for everything. I bring my dog here for occasional nail trimming also and the past two times they have cut her nails too short where she bleeds and they do not tell you. The first time they cut multiple nails too short and she was bleeding in the car. Then again yesterday they cut another one too short and didn’t tell me. I told the lady working at the front desk that it’s unacceptable that they don’t say anything. She said she would let the techs know about it. Didn’t even say sorry that it happened or anything. I’m definitely going elsewhere for vet services for my dog going forward.

While Dr Laura is very nice, this place needs to train their other staff. Took 3 nine week old kittens in (freshly adopted). They did a fecal exam and FAILED TO INFORM ME one TESTED POSITIVE FOR COCCIDIA. Since I hadn’t heard back, I called 4 days later to get results and only then did they bother to check results and inform me. I asked when they got results back and they said 7/23. Only then did they only email the test results - 4 days later. - when I called Staff isn’t doing their job in conveying important health information, and that’s a big problem. Even if the Vets are good, if their staff is negligent and careless, and you have to rely on them to communicate health info, it’s not a good situation. Find a vet where the staff does their job and is responsible and caring.

Responsive, kind, and caring. I just moved to the area and struggled to find a good vet for my 15.5 year old pup until finding All Vet Care. I've been very happy with the care he's received here.

Don't go here waited an hour and a half to get no medications and spend 68 bucks on an "exam" total BS. Went there because my dog had irritated eyes was presented with a 400 treatment plan !! Go somewhere else only reason I went here is because my regular vet was booked

I will never take any of my animals for treatment with Dr. Gold again. My first experience with her was putting my cat to sleep and she botched it. It was terrible. It took her 40 minutes! And 3 attempts. My last and final time, I reach out to the office knowing it was in close proximity to me because I needed immediate care and she said, take the dog to an emergency clinic. There was not time to travel 20 extra minutes. My precious dog passed away. Possibly there was no hope when I called but I feel she should have helped in a time of need. Dr. S is no longer there but there is a new female vet that my daughter went to see. She seems very good. But knowing that Dr. Gold owns the clinic now, I will never use that veterinary clinic again.

I've been coming here on and off as needed for 9 years -- it all started with Dr. S doing a house call for my cat in Camarillo years ago. The vets care a great deal about your pets and I've had good experiences with Dr.S, Dr. Gold, and the new vet today whose name I didn't get. I appreciate that they're not pricey and are practical and have always felt like my cat got good care. Especially today I got wonderful advice on checking my cat's poop for evidence of him passing string. I know it sounds dumb but I would not have broken open and inspected it so closely--and it all passed! Whew.

My cat came here as an emergency visit because my other vet could not see them. I got the lab results. They had no idea what was going on. I had to go back because my cat did not have urine which is normal. The lab took over three weeks because the vet was out without anyone telling me, I went back to my normal vet and there was very high calcium on my cat to the point where it may seem like cancer very disappointing that this vet couldn't see the same things. I get things happened but wont go back after the miscommunicate on the vacation and lab results.

Dr S is, by far, the best vet EVER! He saved my dog from cancer, he operated on my poodle with fox tails 3x and saved the neighbors dog from poisoning... he's amazing.

All Vet and Dr. Shmueli in particular have been wonderful with my four-legged family members. Dr. S did TPLO surgery on one of my dogs and prolonged the life of my other dog by diagnosing and treating his Lymphoma. He was caring and knowledgeable and frequently called me after hours to check on my dog's comfort level and talk about his chemo treatments. The medication and chemo treatments that he gave my dog with Lymphoma were reasonably priced and effective, and the staff was always very caring and attentive with my fur babies. When I was told that Dr. Shmueli had died suddenly and unexpectedly, it was devastating to me because the animal community lost a caring and dedicated veterinarian. I'm sure that his family, his staff, and his other patients are reeling with sadness right now as I am. Dr. Shmueli will be missed.
