The staff is great & always very helpful.
However, the quality of the jeans have significantly gone downhill, and they start falling apart after less than one year with micro and then larger tears developing (almost like the material is disinigrating in some areas). They used to last for many years. My usage of the jeans are they same for both new and old jeans.
This is very disappointing as they've been my go to jeans for many years that fit great. Not sure why the company would do this except to save cost by reducing quality...

Super great deals and great salespeople. Called first and Christine was such a nice young lady - put the jeans aside until I got there. Great quality with a perfect fit. Highly recommended!

My husband and I bought 7 pairs of jeans. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were very reasonable with the promotion going on. Love wearing AG jeans!

I was specifically looking for Everett cotton 5 Pocket in a size 33-34 ... you had nothing in that cut at the promotion price of $99. So I passed and did end up Purchasing a great 5 pocket at a terrific price. It's gets old trying to find the right cut at AG and paying retail not outlet prices.

Fantastic customer service and a great selection jeans. Brianna was a pleasant, helpful, and suggestive with helping me narrow down a few pair of pants. I was truly impressed with her attentive customer service. Overall good energy in the store, with the presentation of clothes kept neat and organized. Solid discounts on the Black Friday weekend in which I visited. It was my first time here and I will definitely return.

I just bought my 5th pair of jeans from this store! Crystal and her colleagues were incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate. Even though there are endless options from AG, they know sooo much about each style and can make quick recommendations on the fly. I'm so incredibly impressed by the level of service here (not to mention the awesome jeans themselves) and my friend and I both agreed we would never have bought anything without the help of these sales associates. Thanks for helping us be less clueless about denim!

This is my "go to" store when I visit the Camarillo Outlets. I especially love the sales staff who work for there. I recently was helped by Crystal. She listened to what I wanted and found me 3 pair of jeans that were exactly what I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable and attentive. AG jeans are the best but a great purchase experience makes them even better!

One of the best shops with the best customer service! I think our gentleman was named Adrian? aidan? Overall the entire group was so kind and helpful in finding a nice pair of classy jeans. They went above and beyond to find the perfect fit. They also gave us free waters at the checkout. I love a company that values customer service as it will keep me a loyal customer!
