This company really lives up to it's name. Great response time from Holly. Excellence service work from Mike. Friendly, on time and a great price. They made dealing with an annoying crack windshield as good as it can be. Thank you for the pleasant experience:)

Did an excellent job repairing a rock chip in my windshield on my new car. I can hardly see where the damage used to be.
Price was 40% less than the big auto glass company quote!

Very Satisfied with my rock chip repair.
Professional and friendly staff.

I selected 1st Choice Auto Glass for the replacement of my windshield. They Although they were 6 cents more than the lowest quote I received, I am so satisfied with my choice.Definitely will use them again, if the need arises.

I recently had the passenger side front door window badly crack. I got an estimate from Safelite and then called the auto dealer. Crown Chrysler, who told me that they use 1st Choice and that I could call them directly. What a pleasure to work with. Very professional and more than $100 less than Safelite.

The folks at 1st choice are top notch. We had a leaking window in our van and it was a difficult piece of glass to find. The glass was unbroken just had a bad seal. We talked about our option if he were to break the glass. He took extra steps to not only fix the leak but save the glass. We are so thankful and highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I contacted 1st Choice Auto Glass through Yelp to re-seal my rear windshield that came loose on me mid-drive on an absurdly windy day. Mike had responded very quickly, and let me know what was needed to be done, and how much I was looking at. The price was fair, and Mike scheduled an appointment for me to drop my car off within the next couple of days after reaching out. I spoke to Holly, who was very nice, and helpful. Holly gave me an ETA, letting me know that she would also reach out when my car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, Mike was very nice, and explained to me what might have went wrong, and answered any questions I had, enthusiastically.I am very happy with the work done on my car, and their quick turnaround time. I will definitely go through 1st Choice Auto Glass again if I have any auto window troubles.

I can make this simple fast on time service with a smile. The best price and see me at least when I checked I did a F-150, a F-450, and a Mazda CX-9 two cracked windows and one with a lot of pits. I would make them my first call hopefully it'll be a long time before I need them again

What a great experience .Holly worked with us since the start and was very patient with us as our car wouldn’t move. They rescheduled me three times without any problems. Great service!! My first replacement windshield had marks that were only visible at night in certain light. When I called to let them know my issue, they were so nice and accommodating, coming to my house to install a new windshield that is great. The original issue was impossible to avoid, but they fixed it quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend using first choice Auto glass.

I reached out to Holly about my situation, and my glass was fixed in less than 24 hours. I wasn't super concerned with the quote, I just needed my glass fixed quickly. That said, I paid almost HALF of what I expected. They beat every quote I received, if I recall. Mike was very forward about what he was going to do and the potential risk involved to my glass and window tint. The repair was done in 20 minutes, there was no complications and it looks good. No complaints whatsoever!Mike just seemed like an honest and upstanding person IE a straight shooter type, no BS. Holly was incredibly pleasant, very quick to respond to my messages, and again, seemed very honest and upstanding. In a place where high end customer service and craftsmanship are getting rather hard to come by unless you're swimming in money, my visit to Mike and Holly was a breath of fresh air. And lastly, they have really good taste in classic cars, so that is a bonus!

After a current incident! I am so grateful for this specific small business. Called at 8am Holly answered and helped us out immediately. They offered to drive out to us or take the vehicle in. They were near which wasn't an inconvenience whatsoever! They we're FAST speeedy service! literally finished in 3 hours and an exceptional customer service. I haven't received service like this in such a long time. They make you feel like family.Defenitely STOP by here and support their business because you won't find anything like them!!!!!!-I'm satisfied with their service!!
