Amazing artist. Beautiful gallery. His paintings bring me more pleasure over time. An important part of the Bay Area Figurative school. I like to think of him as a Fauvist. My only complaint is that his prices are going up as collectors discover his work. The most recent show inspired by Bonnard is still up and amazing. Highly recommend him and his gallery manager Brian Fuller. Worth the drive.

The gallery has only been open for 1 month. It features a broad swath of Ira Yager's highly sought after work. The space is charming, lit by natural light, and still smells like canvas painter's oil paints. The staff is knowledgeable & encouraging of questions regarding the work featured... wonderful to see many kinds of one person's work.
