Had to call to check on a pick-up request. VERY polite service :) Also our mail carrier is the best!! So friendly, very right on plus he plays great tunes so it's a joy to hear him coming thru the neighborhood :) We just moved to Calistoga, so thrilled to be in this awesome town!

I live in Calistoga and I love it. Girls working there in this post office are very friendly and helpful, when I did mistake sending out the parcel they opened the door after working hours and let me fix it. Thank you very much for your great hearts.

I enjoy the service because it is quick but we keeping losing mail and strangely I keep receiving mail from apartments that aren't even close to where I live. I hope they become more responsible about this because we have lost many important documents.

I worked here after leaving Hawaii worked for Fed ex they helped me by paying for a back surgery so I was able to lift heavy packages again I worked with the twins who loved dressing up and doing Shakespeare plays Donna bless her sole is a surving cancer patient with her cute son boa we both lived in San Diego and where both transfered at the same time it's next to the fire Dept great location

A beautiful old post office in charming downtown Calistoga. While public parking can be a hassle, it's small and clean. It fits the town's rustic vibe. The people are friendly and helpful. It's beautiful, historic, a wonderful spot to do an everyday task. Mailing bills is hardly an exciting task, but in Calistoga it's a delight. It's also convenient if you're mailing local gifts.

Seems a bit ridiculous that I drove all the way here just to get passports done, but it was soooo worth it! I can't recall the name of the woman who helped us but she was amazing. She renewed my mom's passport and helped make one for my brother and I at the same time. She was very patient and we were finished in 30 minutes. She made sure everything was perfectly done and that we had copies and she was just so friendly which made it all that better!
