if you are booking for a large groups, expect the customer service to decline rapidly. Tried to book for a group of 10 almost 2 and a half months in advance and was constantly given the runaround and transferred to rude staff. Jazmine was the only person I spoke to who was professional. She handled my initial request and was pleasant to speak to. The second person I spoke to was extremely rude. I Waited for manager approval for them to tell me they couldn’t accommodate my group at the time I needed but can seat us earlier in the day. I had already paid for half the people attending so I told them earlier in the day was fine. They informed me I would have to wait AGAIN for manager approval. I asked why am I waiting for a second time if you just told me management said earlier in the day is fine. I had people coming from out of state and needed to finalize details. I waited till noon Monday after the weekend hoping to get an update. No call. I called them myself and was told I would have to wait AGAIN for manager approval. After telling them I’m not waiting anymore and want a refund, they suddenly found the managers note saying they could accommodate. At that point I was so upset over the whole transaction I decided to cancel the reservation anyway and get a refund. If you have a small group you’re probably in the clear but large groups be prepared to be cut off on the phone and given the runaround for weeks.

Our visit to Stirling Vineyards was nothing short of extraordinary. As first-time club members, we embarked on a tasting journey that was uniquely different and utterly enjoyable. Our host, Logan, made the experience truly exceptional. His depth of knowledge about the wines and the vineyard was impressive, and we learned a great deal from him. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he also had a warm and welcoming demeanor that instantly put us at ease. Logan was also thoughtful in capturing family photos for us!We left Stirling Vineyards excitement for our next visit. November can't come soon enough! If you're looking for a memorable tasting experience accompanied by exceptional hospitality, Stirling Vineyards is the place to be.

We ended up just doing a basic tasting here at Sterling. The wine was good but didn't blow us away. The staff were hit or miss. Some were a lot friendlier and more informational than others but they all got the basics right. As you wander along on the self guided tour there are videos playing in the different areas educating you on how Sterling does things. Some people might consider it a gimmick but I believe the best thing about tasting here are the breathtaking views from the hilltop as well as the ride in the gondolas to the winery. This truly sets Sterling apart from anywhere else. You should come and visit even if you don't care about the wine tasting. Come just for the views.

The gondola ride had nice views along with other spots of the building. In each station they had water but barely any cups. You can choose from different tours and bring your children if you want. Went through the tastings within 40 minutes.

Unique experience. Loved the tour and terrace experience. The wines were great especially the last 2. Highly recommend this experience for this season where the Panaromic views are lush green

We recently visited this location and found the experience a bit cold compared to other winery experiences. The weather was very muggy and wet which did ruin being able to enjoy the Gondola ride and the nice view from the top, but even if the weather had been perfect the overall experience felt very "factory" like. Part of the view consisted of seeing alot of machinery which is expected in some form, but felt much more modern and industrial looking that most wineries. I dont think I have ever been through a tour as fast as we did here.Even being self-guided there wasnt too much to see. My family was paranoid of having to board the non stop Gondola even going at a slow speed. I expected more and it was nice, but not sure there is enough there to actually see. If you want a nice little ride and to sit and drink on a nice day it would be fit for that. I did appreciate the non drinking price for the tour and felt it was fitting for what the tour was.

We had a great experience - cannot say enough good things about our Weber, Steven! He patiently explained our wine selections and answered questions. The gondola was also fun!

View is great . The hill view tasting Wines are ok . The power went out and a big winery like this doesn’t have a generator ?! They can afford a fancy gondola from Europe but won’t put a localized generator (atleast for the tasting area) so they don’t have to kick out customers in middle of wine tasting where you paid $$$ because the power went out ?! Anyways they addressed the issue . So 5 stars for customer service

Sterling was a huge disappointment. The gondola is nice and clearly new, but that’s the best part and it was over in two minutes. We did the Sterling Stroll and it was self paced, but you were walking yourself through their facilities. You would assume that there would be things to look at along the way and information to read, but there was nothing. Just walking through empty hallways. The views are nice, but if you’re looking for good wine, this is not the place for you.

We were a party of seven and booked a tasting for my girlfriend's 40th birthday. The place was very nice and the wine was excellent. I was disappointed during the wine tasting as they changed our server twice and basically told us that the wine tasting was over even though we still had wine in our glasses. We then proceeded to the gift shop where the experience even got worse. We had a female sales associate approach the birthday girl where she accused of stealing a hat she was wearing from home. It's a shame that the service was the one thing that left a bad experience to my pallet.

The gondola ride and views are nice. Upon buying 2 $55 tickets and 2 $25 for our kids at a ticket booth (like a movie theater), we were asked on the screen for a tip (like Starbucks) This is obviously a large corporation type of winery, giving a tip when buying (overpriced) tickets at a ticket booth? Go for the ride and views. The wine isn't great, the tastings happen at stations along the way, with most spaces being empty, and several locations being roped off to tht "higher tier" patrons.

We went to the winery and it was beautiful, how ever we were talked into buying a membership and I called and canceled a few days later, now after after 4 months they charged my credit card $465 dollars and no one will answer the phone, be very aware

We had an incredible time with at Sterling! Maurice was so much fun and so knowledgeable . He really made our trip! Also, everyone at Sterling from the gondola assistants to the hostess were incredible nice. The gondola was amazing and we really love our wines, especially the Merlot. Thank you Maurice and the rest of the staff for making our visit memorable!

They are open finally! Their renovations to the gondola look very nice. Came on a lovely sunny day in January, and enjoyed the walking tour and sitting on the patio with the 70° breeze. ??
