We had such an amazing time with Lin at our wine tasting. She was so lovely and did an amazing job educating us about the wine and the history of the winery. The wine was the best we tried all day! Would recommend to anyone to go for a tasting here. The experience was very personal and allowed us to enjoy the full experience. Lin- thank you from the Pirates of the Penzance ♥️

While the wine was not what we expected, the experience was very nice. We originally ventured this way due to the comparison to caymus, however the wine is very much French inspired. The property was beautiful and our sommelier Christian was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to explore the history throughout the building. Highly recommended a tasting with him and a visit to the beautiful chateau.

Our wine tasting and server Vince was fantastic. We were seated in a private room. The tastings were surprisingly of older cabs which we appreciated. No other winery is tasting cabs from 2006, 2013, 2014, 2016. These vintages were also available to purchase. No pressure to join a club or purchase any of the wine. The grounds and manor house are beautiful. I requested a low top table due to recent spinal surgery. The customer service to accommodate this request and provide detailed instructions for close in parking was very much appreciated!

I’ve found the walking liberty on the ground.

So disappointed. As a prior members of several years, the four of us (2 couples) felt the quality of the past years had slipped. There was nothing distinctive about the several wines we tasted. But mostly, Vince, our server was rude, argumentative and made the experience all about himself. He argued with me from the minute the 4 of us walked in. He spent 90% of our time there talking about himself. Sorry, Vince, not there to learn about your years asa prison guard.

We just returned from Napa after visiting several amazing wineries. However, our tasting experience was very disappointing. We felt rushed as our pourer, Tash, juggled between tables and even forgot what he poured us at one point. There was no discussion about the winery, history, or anything related to the place. The tasting pours were small, and as soon as we finished, he rushed us to pay and left.Overall, it was a bad experience for the price. We do not recommend this place and won't be visiting this winery again.

Mark Rettig helped us and the entire experience was first class. The facility is incredible but the staff make you feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Best wine tasting experience which we have been to so far. Jadie was a wonderful guide.Would recommend their limited private experience.Jade lake around the castle is something we loved after tasting, for the wine to settle in.

First visit to this winery. We took the tour and tasting. Tasted 6 wines including one desert wine. Bought a 200 dollar Cab. I have to say one of the best Cabs I personally have had. Beautiful grounds and alot of history to be had there. Staff was nice and informative.

They don't serve food here. We did a walk in tasting and they were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. It's an amazing building build in the 1880's - real life Château with lovely grounds. Definitely recommend!

This is a must when you come to Napa! It’s one of the furthest north in the region on the map, but it is so worth it. I didn’t make a reservation in advance. However, if you go early in the morning when they first open, you will probably get in. They also do military discounts which is amazing! Their wines in the wine tasting were really good, The building, and the grounds that you are in our picturesque! Definitely walk the grounds. They have a beautiful lake and bridges, and in the front the building looks sort of like a castle. So definitely get a picture there! The inside seems castle like and cavelike as well. Me and my friends and family had a really good experience and they were great at being informative and making it fun! I would definitely go again!
