CAL MART is the main local grocery in Calistoga. It is a lovely local store with a decent selection of products for general needs, including excellent meat, great cheeses, nice produce, and mustards. Visitors can find oodles of local options and even sugar-free items. The staff is very nice, especially the sandwich makers. Many recommend the place, noting the excellent charcuterie plates, nice wine selection, and excellent clam chowder. The interiors are a bit dated but reflect the small-town feel. It is a great spot to save money and find what one needs.

I went there recently and the staff was very nice. Especially the sandwhich makers. I eat here to save money when i am at calistoga.
