EXCELLENT customer service! I'm not even a member here and they went above and beyond to help me. They even lent a hand with helping watch my feral child while they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this BMO location!

There merchant credit card service is the worst I've used in 25 years. They do not support what they sell at all.

Horrible customer service. The Manager is condescending and un personable. I had called there to see if I could make a phone transaction Fri April 4th 2020. I was told the option was not available. I drive down there to find the bank was closed at 16:18hrs. Monday April 7th I run down there do my business. As Im standing in line I mention It would be nice if you told people on the phone that you closed at 4:00. The Manager Rafael Mendoza Jr. was standing to my left hanging something on the wall and says to me, "you should've asked"! My reply was, how do I know to ask, as your hours have always been closing at 5:00. He continues his condescending by telling me they close when all the other businesses close. Well Ive been quarantined for two weeks and as far as I know all other businesses are closed. He continued to talk to me and not having my hearing aids in I couldnt here him very well I didnt want to hear any more from him any way. He then pointed to the door and told me to leave as I was right in the middle of my transaction several times. I was going to complain but chalked it up to him having a bad day. Two days latter I go to the mail box and see a letter from the bank. I thought it was an apology letter. But to my surprise it was a letter from Mendoza threating to close my account. I attempted to contact the regional manager. Once through the call center and again through the office in San Francisco but never heard from him. On April 17, 20202 I received a letter w a check closing my account. Being a disabled Vet and living on a fixed income w a young daughter trying to live life I find the actions of Mendoza and Bank of the West appalling to close someone's account during a Pandemic from their own actions is unbelievable. Then to not have a moment with the Regional Manager is even more disturbing. A simple, "thats a great idea" would've sufficed!
