“I have lived around 3 years in this area and this is my mechanic of choice. They don't try to upsell you, just do what you ask and they also do a car diagnosis and try to educate you about the status of your car without pushing you to sell. They are really kind hearted and care about the little guy. One time I had a small accident when someone cut me off in traffic and had a broken headlight and some small dents in front of the car, I went to all body shops in the valley of Napa and StHelena and everyone was not willing to do a partial bodyshop job, everyone wanted me to do a whole body shop job, replace the bonnet which will cost me thousands of dollars, even with insurance. Then these guys understood me that I did not had a big budget and just needed my car to be functional and did a partial job which cost me less than $300. Really was a god send, always come here except for tires since they don't have that service.”
“We are so happy with the job Fulton Body Shop did on our Honda CRV, it looks like new. I know many body shops could have done the work but I feel the great folks here went beyond expectations. Not only did they return our vehicle in better physical shape with the body work but cleaner inside too. More than that, they worked with us on timing of repairs and handled it while we were out of town so we didn't have to be without our favorite vehicle. Every time we call with questions or scheduling; and even rescheduling, they have accommodated our requests. They were flexible, even with almost last minute changes all the while being friendly yet professional. We've had other family members bring their cars here to Fulton for their body work and been equally pleased with everything. If needed, we will be back.”

“Replaced the battery in my 2017 Jetta and had an airbag light on the dash that wouldn't go away after the battery swap. I hooked up my OBDII reader and cleared all codes but the light didn't go away. Called Hansel VW and they wanted $100 (down from $265 because it was easy and quick for the 2017).
Called Hammond and they said to bring it in and they would clear the code, NO CHARGE! They did exactly that! It took them a couple of minutes to clear the code and I was on my way. They saved me $100 straight up! I highly recommend them. I'm a lifetime customer of theirs now!”

They came out in about a week and got everything done. They treated my home like it was there own. Very friendly people and willing to work with you. I highly recommend this place for glass work”

“You can only Google so much and I had finally hit a wall. Couldnt figure out how to adjust the belt in my 83 gmc. Few shops quoted me 100, 120 even after I told them my suspicion of the squealing . Came by here before I was gonna head into one of those shops and had a fella here try it out on the whim. FIXED! he even showed me and explained why I couldn't quiet figure it out. ( some stuff was cut/modded)Belt tightend, truck is happy. My wallet is happy. 20 bucks. I basically paid for the 5 minute tutorial which is more than 101% worth it.”

“I was in Santa Rosa and stopped at my favorite gas station at Farmer's Lane x Hwy 12. BTW, I think the address is 1400 Farmer's Lane, because there's a big "1400" on the building. So, gas was a little pricey at $6.59/ Reg. But this station is right off the freeway, and has a great location. I went inside the food mart to buy some "pogey bait".....that's military slang for candy and snacks. The clerk was super friendly and energetic. Service was quick! Very clean place. Always nice to get gas here”
